Clean, staff was nice, pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Breakfast was not as good as we hoped. Limited options and would not pick this spot again if you were hoping to eat before you go.

Many things were unavailable like the pool and the washing machine and the phone was out of order, also no one at the front desk a lot of times.

Property is a little ‘tired’ and needs a refresh in some areas. Was surprised at the level of road noise.

Very nice and clean room. Overall the place is great.

Internet in the room was 100 percent inoperable and the only solution they could come up with was for me to do my work in the lobby. I left as soon as possible I got out and drove for another 4 hours (250 miles) to my final destination in Nashville after already being on the road for 500 miles. Not at all what I wanted or expected to do! The internet inoperability and the lack of real action to correct the problem or work around it for a client is inexcusable.

Just about everything was perfect. I very much enjoyed my short stay and will definitely stay here again when my travels take me back to this area.
