I saw 3.5 stars and near the airport, so I expected a bit more like a lobby and shuttle to the airport. If you are business traveler looking to camp out somewhere close to the airport, this is not the place for you, even if you pick the most expensive room as I did. I love Malaysia, the culture, the people, but this hotel was 2 stars at best.
