Aktuell befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine große Baustelle wo neue Ferienhäuser entstehen. Daher war von dieser Seite her morgens früh und auch abends spät Lärm durch die Baustelle.In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Einkaufs und Essenstraße. Dort findet man alles was man braucht um die Küche im Haus nicht zu benutzen.Es gibt für fünf Personen für eine Mahlzeit Geschirr, dann muss abgewaschen werden. Leider ist die Küche nur spärlich mit Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet.Die vorhandenen Elektrogeräte sind aktuell und funktionieren auch.Alles in allem eine saubere Bleibe, leider ist sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
