Check-in schlecht, Reinigung erst um 18:00 Uhr beendet.Bettwäsche vom Vormieter musste erst trocknen,danach Betten selbst bezogen.Küchenausstattung mit Geräten o.k., aber wenigGeschirr bzw. andere notwendige Dinge(z.B. nur eine Kaffekanne für die Maschine, keine Kanne für Tee, kein Salzstreuer, keine Zuckerdose, 2 Eierbecher für 5 Personen,2 Rollen WC-Papier für 2 WC für 8Tage u. 5 Personen).Gesamteindruck der Immobilie: sehr vernachlässigt.Umfeld auf dem Grundstück bestenfalls als "naturbelassen " einstufbar.Abfluss im Waschbecken verstopft.Türen der Duschkabinen klemmen,1 Terrassentür defekt,kein 2. Parkplatz.Parkschein für öffentlichen Parkplatz erst am Donnerstag nachmittags erhalten, aber Sonnabends Abreise. Grundstückseinfahrt sehr,sehr eng. Personenpforte defekt.Alles der Eigentümerin mündlich u. schriftl. mitgeteilt.Im gesamten Haus kein Insektenschutz, daher viele Spinnen usw. im Haus.Fazit: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte in keiner Weise!!! Bitte prüfen Sie eine angemessene Rückerstattung.Wir würden Keinem das Haus im Birkenweg 8 empfehlen.

In die Jahre gekommen

Dieses Objekt ist eigentlich ganz schön , wenn man etwas mehr liebe reinstecken würde. Das Inventar lässt zu wünschen übrig ,die Couch voll durchgesessen ,Geschirr abgenutzt und die Bettwaren haben auch schon besser Zeiten gesehen.Vielleicht sollte der Vermieter selber mal ein paar Tage dort verbringen .

Allem in allem gut

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Reethaus. Die Kommunikation war am Anfang leider sehr schleppend. Vor Ort durften wir aber eher einchecken (vielen Dank - mit zwei kleinen Kindern war das super). Allerdings wurden wir schnell auf vielerlei Mängel hingewiesen… Toi-Brille defekt, Handtuchhalter kaputt, Kühli-Getränkehalterung nicht ok, Nachttischlampe beschädigt, usw… Ein zweiter Parkplatz hätte (bei sechs Personen / Kleinkinder und Großeltern) direkt am Haus auch definitiv geholfen -> genug Platz wäre auch da. Die Matratzen sind schon etwas durchgelegen - zudem passen die Matratzen beim unteren Bett nicht nebeneinander. An Küchenbedarf war aber alles vorhanden. Wermutstropfen: Im Nachgang wurden wir (für einen angeblichen Hund, den wir nie hatten) zu einer Nachzahlung von 40€ aufgefordert. Das Haus haben wir wirklich super hinterlassen…

Super tolles Haus nahe Strand (Hund geeignet)

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und nett eingerichtet und hat ringsherum einen Garten. Das Gartenhäuschen ist abschließbar und eignet sich gut für den Verschluß von Fahrrädern. Das Haus entspricht 1 zu 1 der Beschreibung des Anbieters. Wir waren mit unseren Hunden dort. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass die Treppenstufen mit Stufenmatten belegt sind (Hunde rutschen nicht) und dass sich außenliegend am Haus ein Wasseranschluss mit Schlauch befindet (zur Säuberung der Hunde von Sand / Matsch z.B. bei schlechtem Wetter). Die Vermieterin reagiert sehr schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Bei Gelegenheit sollten folgende Arbeiten durchgeführt werden: • Abdichtungslippen an den Duschtüren erneuern, da diese vom Kalk mittlerweile in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wurden. • Duschtür (oberes Bad) schleift über den Boden (unteres Scharnier ist locker, Tür muss neu justiert werden) Unser Fazit: Das Haus können wir nur empfehlen und wir würden es wieder buchen.

Top Lage - schönes Haus - Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Häusersiedlung nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Strandkorb. Die Küche war mit ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfen ausgestattet (was oft in Ferienwohnungen nicht so ist) teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Die Matratzen könnten alle getauscht werden, sehr weich und durchgelegen, es gab im ganzen Haus nur 2 Nachttischlampen.... Die Bäder sind veraltet, aber gut nutzbar - die Dusche im Obergeschoss lässt sich nicht so einfach schließen - daraufhin gibt es Überschwemmung. Sonst hatten wir eine schöne Woche. Fazit: Wenn man nicht alle Möbel von Ikea kauft und hofft das das ganze viele Jahre hält (das tut es nun mal nicht) kann man dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin lief reibungslos.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und befindet sich in toller Lage.

Leider befanden sich im 2. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss keine Nachttischlampen. Auch die im anderen Schlafzimmer und im EG waren defekt.
