A very nice house and great location for our purposes! The kitchen had all the supplies you needed! The living room was very comfortable for six adults! We will definitely stay here again!

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Pebble Beach. The house was very comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and perfectly located—close to everything yet peaceful and private. The accommodations were great for our family, and communication with the owner was smooth and responsive. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made our arrival stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent get away!

Perfect home for a Carmel area stay! The house had everything you would need (even coffee) and is the perfect size and layout for a family. We loved the location and easy walk to the beach! Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Spot in Pebble Beach

Hands down the best short-term property we've stayed at. House is immaculate with a wonderful living room and kitchen. Our small dogs loved running around the fenced-in backyard. Quick walk to the beach and short drive to Spanish Bay resort for restaurants. The management company has great communication and was super responsive to a query we had during the stay. Looking forward to a future visit!

Beautiful home close to the beach

Very nice home with lots of amenities. Love that all rooms have their own bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and love the deer walking through the neighborhood. This house works well to give everyone space and is very comfortable.

Family getaway

Perfect house and location. Everything we needed. House was stocked. Incredibly clean and taken care of. You have to go to a location to sign paperwork which wasn’t ideal in order to check in but other than that everything was incredible.

A Bit of Heaven in Pebble Beach...

This gorgeous, well-appointed home was perfect for our girls getaway weekend!! They literally thought of everything to make our stay extremely comfortable and highly enjoyable!! We would all happily return again to this fabulous home. Also, thank you to the stellar Property Management Team as well who executed their communication and tasks flawlessly.

Great weekend getaway

When I was booking our stay I was a bit concerned that the listing didn’t have any reviews yet. Still I took a chance and booked it because the pictures and location looked very appealing and I realized a brand new rental unit wouldn’t have many reviews anyway. The minute we crossed the entry gate to the residential community (providing free access to 17 mile drive for owners and guests) I felt like I made the right choice. Short drive through the peaceful, beautifully landscaped neighborhood brought us to the Gone Coastal house. The pictures are true representation of the tastefully decorated interior, everything was spotlessly clean, the house has lots of indoor and outdoor space for guests to hang out together, cook and have a nice dinner. All conveniences are provided, even laundry with detergent etc. I loved the little touches the host provided such as a nice bottle of wine, coffee, chocolates, “making s'more's” basket just to name a few. Everyone slept really well in the comfortable beds and soft linens. The property and the host exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy, the property manager Marco was very responsive and prompt to answer a few questions we had. I can highly recommend this property! Hope to be back one day.
