Property was ideally located for the beach and exploring the central coast. Our toddler had so much fun using all of the sports equipment in the shed, it was hard to get him to leave. Property is very well equipped for families.

Great place, easy walk to the beach. Lovely enclosed garden, perfect for our little dog to explore. The children loved borrowing the bikes and using the outdoor shower! Communication with the owners was great and the check-in process was easy.

A lovely property, in a beautiful area. Nestled in bush land. Really close to beach and perfect for dogs. Also close to Central coast amenities. Cheese factory (wyong) and Chocolate factory (west gosford)The garden is the winner, soft outside lighting with BBQ and firepit.Our host was easily contactable and quick to help.Definitely would recommend

Perfect beach cottage

The cottage was lovely, plenty of space, clean, short walk to the beach - it had everything we needed and even a back shed that had kayak and bikes that my kids loved! Highly recommend.We will book again

Property itself was as described but cleaners had not checked BBQ was clean and there were hidden dirty plates in the cupboards. Owner advised and I feel confident that this will be addressed. Fabulous outdoor area. Very close to beach.

Amazing getaway

What a wonderful weekend getaway spot. Just what we needed to reconnect as a family including our fur baby. Marshmallow at the fire pit followed by some late night board games! So close to the picturesque Pearl beach and a shed full of things to keep big and little kids entertained. All communication with the owners was helpful and they were very accommodating with personal request. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

Great house in lovely location

We were very happy with this house. The owners were very obliging and communication was excellent. The house was clean and well maintained . It was lovely to sit on the back deck and get lost in the ambience of the wildlife and fauna. A very peaceful and relaxing weekend .

Cosy Pearl Beach stay

Clean, compact, comfortable and convenient. This property is great for a small group stay. Weather was atrocious the weekend we stayed so we didn’t get to use the backyard or the bikes, outdoor games and kayaks but great that those are available for guests! The 4year old in our group looooved the bunk bed room.

Cosy house in great area

House was nice - has everything you need. Awesome garden, kids loved the fire pit! The kids bedroom was access by the front door which was only concern - need to make sure none escape during the night :) Very quiet and beautiful area. Had a great stay!

Pearl Beach treasure!

We stayed three nights at this property and loved it! It was the perfect place and location for a beach holiday. It is clean and comfortable with a backyard and is just a very short comfortable walk to the beach. We loved it! Thank you.
