Absolutely amazing. Everything was so nice. The pond was gorgeous. Fishing was really good. No large fish, but plenty of half pound bass and sunfish. Views are amazing. Weather was wonderfull. The host is very kind, we spent hours talking with her and her son. the property is beautiful. The tree house is close enough to be near the hot tub, fire pit, and sauna, but far enough to still feel secluded and private. As someone with a bad back and neck, the bed can make or break the trip. But it wasnt a problem. Cant wait to come back, maybe have friends stay in the other rental on the lake.

Great place to relax and hang out

We love the tree house. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Sure it's a small space, but it's so well laid out with many outdoor areas to sit both under cover and not. We enjoy going to Natural Tonto Bridge. We like to eat at Mackey's Grill.

Piece of paradise

I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Great communication with the owner and felt very welcomed and at home. Beautiful clear pond (more like a small lake), was told an elk named Matilda and her baby come by. They did and we got close enough to feed them some extra lettuce we had. Quiet. Everything you would need was provided. Again amazing and will stay here again.

Lovely Treehouse

I have never been in a treehouse before, so this was perfect. It is on a beautiful property, so much to see & explore. The host, Brenda & Max were very nice, even invited us for wine with a neighbor, Ann. Would love to go back again. When you go make sure to watch for Matilda and her baby, she comes over some evenings for carrots and apples. As stated in VRBO 'ad' there are stairs. If you can't do stairs, there is also a cabin on this same property. Wonderful setting.

Best getaway ever

My husband and I stayed for 10 days - 9 nights and hated to leave. It was everything we hoped for - and much more. Definitely going back. Pictures don't do it justice. It was really a slice of heaven

Wonderful Anniversary Getaway

Magical & Relaxing

Everything about our stay for our Anniversary was amazing! Brenda is such a wonderful host & she made sure we had everything we needed in the treehouse. It was fully stocked with all kinds of goodies & drinks. It’s a small space but everything had its place & the bed was very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony with our drinks & looking out over the pond. Paddle boat & the canoeing around & out to giraffe Island, walking up the stairway to heaven & sitting in the hot tub under the stars. So many beautiful places to sit & relax. We loved it & will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic and blissful relaxing retreat

We had an awesome time, in this amazing tranquil retreat. The treehouse is a little oasis in the high desert, secluded but close to town. The hosts are extremely friendly and have a wealth of information to share. We enjoyed the pond, hiking and picking blackberries and will definitely be back again.

Treehouse escape

This property was absolutely relaxing. The host is amazing, along with her son. The view is breathtaking as you just sit in the comfortable areas that she has provided. Many areas to walk and hike, there is a paddle boat and additional boats for fishing. Everything is just so peaceful. I recommend this stay for anyone!

A real treat

We love the treehouse. A creative use of space such that a person has everything one could possibly need. A wonderful bbq (top of the line) on the deck adds to the amenities. We love the downstairs outside area. It's super comfortable. Good comfortable bed. Fans, heat and A/C which we didn't need in early June, but is there if needed. Great hosts. We enjoy staying every year.

Treehouse Anniversary

This was the best choice we made for our anniversary. The treehouse was perfect. Under it was a great patio with fireplace and the best view of the lake. The property has so many places to enjoy and relax! Fishing was a dream. The bass were small but next year they will be ready to eat. We will be staying with Brenda again in the near future for sure.

Heaven with a view

Thank you to Brenda, Aaron, and Max for making our stay a wedding anniversary to remember. They are on 7 acres, and you will be close to the living quarters, but you will NEVER feel crowded, or like you don't have 100% privacy. Check in was smooth, and started with help with our belongings and a tour of the property. The next 3 days were spent hiking, fishing, enjoying the numerous relaxing fire pits, hammocks, boating, jacuzzi, or sauna adventures. The room is completely stocked with thoughtful items and utensils. They offer Wi-Fi if you need to be able to check in with reality. This hidden gem is so well thought out and well taken care of. At every turn, there was another gentle touch of love and care. Stargazing and enjoying the fire with all the lights on the property at night was enchanting. The facilities are well kept and very clean. We will be coming back and will recommend it to everyone who needs to recharge, disconnect and be in God's creation. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Tree house Christmas 2023

Our stay here is still talked about 2 weeks later......Brenda, Aaron & Max were the nicest, warmest, people / canine :) you will ever meet. From the second we arrived until the moment we left, I felt at welcome and at home. Always available to answer questions and more than accommodating. We still talk about them and the time we spent there. Our friends still ask us about the trip and when we bust out the pictures we took, everyone asks, "how did you find that perfect place?!" The little details are everywhere you look and what they have created is truly something to be proud of. Cant wait to go back.
