Bedrooms have 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 2 Twin beds. Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi , Smart TV, Pool and Spa . Resort Amenities Include outdoor pool, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks.

The popular gated seaside community of Litchfield By The Sea offers family fun including swimming pool, tennis courts, salt marshes and fishing lakes. Seven miles of spectacular beach, and an ocean front clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround the area. Bikes, kayaks, fishing and surf gear are available to rent in the area.

everything you see in the pics is exact to what you'll get. super easy, from grabbing the keys to dropping them off. when your only "complaint" is that the smoke alarm had to be tuned up one day, you know you got a solid overall experience.
