There is also a stereo system in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. The balcony off the living area and master bathroom overlook the pool and ocean.

Plus, you have access to community tennis courts, pickleball courts, bicycle paths, jogging trails, on-site charcoal grills, and picnic tables.
