This is a huge suite 135sq.m with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms with 2 sofa bed can stay max 6 person. It is located on the high floor (18 fl). You will enjoy huge panoramic view from the balcony over look at entire south Pattaya all the way to Royal Thai Navy Base in Sattahip. It is just been renovated and very suitable for family trip and long stay.

The condominium is a very private yet you can use the newly renovated seaside swimming pools both for kids and adults. There are fitness room, table tennis, snooker room, library, pay coin laundry room, garden, kids play ground, free car park, 24 hr. security and information assistance, meeting room, sun bath space at beach front, private beach access directly from the building, and many others.
