Luxuszimmer entspricht nicht den Fotos

Leider war das Zimmer auf keinen Fall mit den Fotos identisch. Der ganze Raum war in Weiß nur ein farbiges Bild. Die Treppe vom 4. ten in den 5.ten Stock ins Schlafzimmer hat eine Stufenhöhe die beim absteigen für Ziegen gut sein kann aber nicht für ältere Menschen. Die Begrüßung war alles andere als thailändisch, komme bereits seit 30 Jahren in dieses schöne Land. Der Balkon ist leider nicht nutzbar, um die Türe zu öffnen fällt Ihnen die Fiegen- gittertüre entgegen und draussen hängt die Klimaanlage an der Decke das höchstens ein Stuhl Platz hat. Der Fernseher hatte ein tolles Schneegestöber im Angebot. Leider bleibt man fit es ist kein Lift vorhanden. Über die Größe vom Pool, eine größer Badewanne. Die angebotenen Preise sind nicht akzeptabel für dieses Angebot.

편하고 깔끔 했어요

객실도 크고 깔끔 했어요.아침에 나오는 조식도 먹을만 했구요 조이너스 차지없어서 더 좋았어요.그때 생각하면 꿈만 같네요. 좋은추억남기고가네요.간이침대 추가하는데 1박에 500바트 추가 했어요.tv채널에 kbs world가나와요.안전금고는 없어요.와이파이가 약간 느린게 단점이에요.

Hotel très bien placé dans quartier très tranquille a 50 m de la plage loin des bruits de pattaya .hotel petit agréable piscine très petite .les défauts:wifi inexistante dans les chambres il faut sortir dehors pour espérer capter un petit peu , la dame qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner le matin est très désagréable avec tout le monde loin du légendaire sourire thaïlandais à l'instar de la gérante de l'hôtel qui est au petit soin et à l'écoute de ses clients .centre ville vite accessible par tuk tuk pour seulement 10bath en 5 minute

小心飯店櫃檯像瘋狗

其實整體很好，但是飯店櫃檯態度非常差，時不時會對顧客大聲吼叫，跟他要個無線網路密碼就非常不耐煩，有訪客還會上來查，然後指著客人鼻子發脾氣，不懂為什麼態度如此差勁，當場請來老闆溝通，沒想到老闆超沒用站著請員工道歉請不動，所以入住此飯店要小心別讓櫃檯不高興，免得影響自己的好心情………………………………………………

Отель расположен недалеко от БИГ Си, рынка, шоу альказар и тиффани. Завтрак- шведский стол- 2 блюда и яичница или омлет по заказу- голодными не останитесь. До пляжа 3-5 минут.

很美好的晚上

我和男朋友在這裏住了3晚 這裏入夜後很安靜 我們租的是復式房間 雖然要自己走樓梯上4層 但這房很美麗很大 有的設施看上去比較簡陋 但連稅後約180元一晚已經很好了 還包括早餐 房間有露台 燈光足夠 花灑的水有點小 不過夠熱 基本設施都有準備 實在不錯 這離tiffany show. 某幾項成人秀、3d藝術館 big c 都可以走路去到 算是很方便 建議如果坐雙排可以跟司機說去tiffany 然後差不多到soi 1 就按鐘下車 這裏的泳池真的小得跟池塘差不多 但走幾步就到沙灘 用不用泳池其實沒所謂 不過 前台有位服務員很惡 居然拍著枱叫我們給房錢和passport 她是令我覺得這酒店被她弄得有一點壞印象

Close to the beach

It was good for budget hotel, remember what u add-on please check the price before make decision. I had pay quite a lot of money because I dint check, example extra bed, mineral water, drink, food. The counter had mention mineral water inside the freezer would charger and 2 different brands mineral water outside the freeze was free, I maybe dint listen carefully. =.=''

staff helpful, quite friendly. Room spacious and clean (bit humid smell). Location is convenient. Issue with wifi , really need to buy newer router. Water pressure just ok. Personally, I think this hotel only deserve 3* , no more, I've had better stay with my other 3* hotel (and cheaper)

Feedback about Nantra@Pataya

We have booked a executive room for 3 persons with breakfast through tollfree of hotels.com for 3 days. We have shown the booking confirmation received through mail to the Nantra Reception, they have been asked to pay 500 TBH for third person for extra bed and 100 TBH for breakfast. Receptionists at Nantra are not more customer delight and not willing to listen to customers. They told us to speak to Hotels.com for any clarifications. Nantra is bit interior in Soi 1 street, Pataya and no beach view available from hotel. No water service for Bath room on last day during our stay. No Wi-fi connection after 10pm. Quality of breakfast is also not upto mark. They have not provided extra bed, towel and soap for third person. very strange.
