Staff where very rude, receptionist , to Cantean staff. No one interested. The only advantage was that it was close to the beach and yi it said wifi available .... My stay there was no wifi available at all

It was good for budget hotel, remember what u add-on please check the price before make decision. I had pay quite a lot of money because I dint check, example extra bed, mineral water, drink, food. The counter had mention mineral water inside the freezer would charger and 2 different brands mineral water outside the freeze was free, I maybe dint listen carefully. =.=''

staff helpful, quite friendly. Room spacious and clean (bit humid smell). Location is convenient. Issue with wifi , really need to buy newer router. Water pressure just ok. Personally, I think this hotel only deserve 3* , no more, I've had better stay with my other 3* hotel (and cheaper)

Feedback about Nantra@Pataya

We have booked a executive room for 3 persons with breakfast through tollfree of hotels.com for 3 days. We have shown the booking confirmation received through mail to the Nantra Reception, they have been asked to pay 500 TBH for third person for extra bed and 100 TBH for breakfast. Receptionists at Nantra are not more customer delight and not willing to listen to customers. They told us to speak to Hotels.com for any clarifications. Nantra is bit interior in Soi 1 street, Pataya and no beach view available from hotel. No water service for Bath room on last day during our stay. No Wi-fi connection after 10pm. Quality of breakfast is also not upto mark. They have not provided extra bed, towel and soap for third person. very strange.

Only advantage is proximity to beach& walking St

We stayed in this hotel for one night, wasn't cheap (around sixty sgd/ night). The first thing we noticed was the room was kind of studio with bed located in 1st floor. The bedsheets were torn! Although there were no problems of mosquito's as we had in Bangkok, it was just ok. Breakfast was horrible and so were the hotel staff. They would not even provide us with a travel adapter to charge our cell phones. The hot shower was terrible with no pressure at all. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Would NOT come back!

Amazing location of Pattaya.

I have stayed 4 days at Nantra de Boutique with my family during last week and that was the most memorable days as Nantra built on the perfect front beach location of Pattaya and all the parties, amusements are very near to that.

Well for the price of the room, i think the quality of the hotel was not too bad. However they need to work on their breakfast spread and keep sparrows away from picking up on breakfast items. Please note the hotel might look very glamorous in the photos uploaded but don't expect the same there in person.

the only main advantage is the location where it's so close to the beach (which is so dirty) and to the central festival shopping where u can do some shopping & the room was big but all the rooms are so noisy from 9 am till 6 pm due to construction at the back, rooms are old, breakfast was poor, service is just average .. sure i will never book it again
