I reserved a suite and it was quite spacious for three people. Only complaint was the small ants in the room, but those are hard to avoid in Thailand. The in unit AC also worked very well!

Ok. This is an older building that’s well maintained but might have structural issues. I came in February so they might be more fully equipped in the peak season. Here is what they do NOT have: A restaurant Room service Business center with printer Laundry/dry cleaning Safe in rooms.

The property is half open the front building office with rooms. The restaurant has been closed for a long time in the main area spiderwebs and all the corners we had ants in every room they moved us to so finally they gave us a can of spray so that we could kill the ants every morning I think the Covid shut downs as financially weekend the owners

Run down.

It’s advertised as 3 stars, and charges are like 3-star. But room rates don’t reflect the status of the rooms. It was maybe a nice hotel once, but now it’s more than dated: it’s run down and in dire need of some restoration. Water is leaking in the toilet, floors are worn, bedsheets aren’t properly cleaned. Neither are the floors, don’t look under the bed. Generally, the housekeeping is sloppy, pillow cases and sheets are yellow - not giving an impression of cleanliness. Besides, the corridors smell of cigarettes: maybe ingrained from previous times when smoking wasn’t “unhealthy.” On the positive side is the large swimming pool and the lack of children. The water looks cool and clean from above, and there’s plenty of space for you to play around in the water. The breakfast is sumptuous, hot food at times cold and not of super high quality. The location is convenient, close to Terminal 21 shopping centre, Best Supermarket, and many other restaurants. There is an open air karaoke bar across the street, who might when in the right mood, blast the music at 100 dB until four in the morning. Something the hotel management cannot, or will not, do anything about. If they do, they receive death threats I was told.

The only thing that was a concern was my wife and I would of liked the room to be some what cleaner but other than that the hotel was great the service from the staff was excellent the pool was well serviced each day the food in the restaurant was very good but needed more verity.
