It was a good stay here, for 3 nights. Even though I do appreciate the main idea of saving water, it would be nice if my shower was a little hotter and had a little more pressure. The sink also had very little pressure and no hot water, to properly shave. Other than that, I enjoyed staying here. Room was spacious and staff was very accommodating.

Comfortable and relaxed hotel in Pattaya

The hotel is quite new, has a Japanese vibe to it, offers tasty Japanese dishes for breakfast, the rooms are large and modern, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, Gave (in the picture) is a specially very caring, helpful and speaks great English. Kokotel is situated 10 minutes walk from Terminal 21 and around 15 minutes from the beach. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it can be a great place to stay.

Besides the property's cleanliness overall excellent condition all of the staff are courteous, professional, and helpful. Property manager, Natty was surprisingly nice and generous gifting us a kokotel pillow and gave us a ride to North Pattaya Bus terminal.
