for a recently built property there were many issues. not a Wyndam standard! The window leaked 2 times in the rainstorms, reported to front desk, they never addressed it nor mopped the water up in room. toilet leaked the hole time; Maintenance had to fix show to get water to flow, the water temperature in the shower would go from ice cold to scolding hot and back with any adjustment. one of the elevators was un usable. and parking was in the un maintained lot, breakfast was in a a different hotel. Daily room make up in complete 2 days in a row.

Not going back in the future, unable to sleep all night long. First of all, they put us in a connecting room. #1 rule, not supposed to put nobody in a connecting room unless you staying with them direct family. Our neighbors from that connecting side had a huge argument 3 in the morning and won't shut up. And 6:45 in the morning, a bunch of guests started talking and talking for so long in the hallway. The bottomline is that if you can't sleep tight in a hotel, you'll get a 0 rating, period.

A hidden gem in Pattaya!

Great little spot off the beaten path. Nice and safe place for my children to enjoy the beach without having to be exposed to Pattayas’ night life/red light district.
