Never again!!!!!

Enligt hotels.com bokade jag ett deluxe rum med poolutsikt på ett 3-stjärnigt hotell. I verkligheten så fick jag ett rum med utsikt över en soptipp. Tänker akddrig mer lita på hotels.com då jag gett dem 5 chanser och de aldrig motsvarat förväntningarna de gett. Rummet motsvarar inte ens 1 stjärna och enligt personalen på hotellet så här de inte uppnått kraven på 1 stjärna.. Om rummet.. AC ur funktion, städning utförs efter klockan 16. Vatten rinner från ac, fläckar pga vattrnskadori hela rummet och i badrum, otrevlig personal som pratar illa om andra klagande gäster då de inte tror att övriga gäster förstår språket.. Jag rekommenderar ingen att bo här någonsin under denna ägares ägo. Pengarna tillbaka!!!!!!! Men det kommer aldrig att hända varken i Thailand eller när man betalat i förskott via hotels.com.

første dag ingen internett i ca 4 timer og annen dag ingen internett i over 8 timer. Veldig dårlig, stod jo at det var gratis wifi. Hotellet kan ikke anbefales. Kutt ut all kontakt med dette hotellet

Det var et mareridt at bo der. Jeg havde bestilt et Deluxe dobbelt værelse. Fik udleveret et totalt nedslidt rum. Det var beskidt og alle skblåger hængte i hængslerne så de ikke kunne lukkes. Badekarret var rustet gennem bunden og kanten var rustet væk. Desuden fandtes der ikke varmt vand en eneste dag i af de 6 jeg overnattede der. Rengørinring og udskiftning af sengetøj og håndklæder var mangelfuld. Ved check om spurgte jeg i receptionen om jeg havde fået forkert værelse. Det anerkendte de og forklarede at det ikke var muligt med det bestilte Deluxe værelse på grund af vandskade. Jeg blev lover Deluxe værelser efter en overnatning. Det holdt ikke jeg fik aldrig et andet værelse. Jeg bad derfor om kompensation for det manglende Deluxe værelse. Receptionen viste forståelse for mit krav og ville tale med Hotels.com om en kompensation. Der kom aldrig en tilbagemelding fra Hotels.com, i følge receptionisten. Jeg måtte tage 6 nætter i det opslidte beskidte værelse uden nogen form for kompensation. Jeg vil derfor stadig insistere på at få en form for kompensation for det manglende Deluxe værelse. Havde jeg valgt at betale kontant og ikke med kreditcard hjemmefra, havde jeg kunne sige nej tak til værelset og fundet et andet hotel. P.S.: jeg er stærkt utilfreds med min oplevelse og mener at det kun rettes ved at tilbagebetale mig kompensensation. Her vil en kompensation på 25% af det indbetalt være et minimum for afsavnet af det bestilte Deluxe værelse.

Et absolut møghotel, som absolut ikke kan anbefales. Intet er som i beskrivelsen hos Hotels.com Hotellet er faldefærdigt og det eneste som så nogenlunde ud var poolen. Skiftede hotel så hurtigt som muligt.

Hotell i nærheten av stranden.

Et noe slitt hotel. Bestilte rom med balkong sjekket inn og fikk tildelt et rom med vindu ut mot bakgården. Fikk bytter dagen etter til rom med balkong. En liten smal balkong med 1 stol og liten sitteplass. Valgte likevel å bli boende siden vi allerede hadde betalt rommet på forskudd. Neste gang betaler vi ikke rommet på forskudd . Dessuten ligger det et nyere og samsynligvis bedre hotell med nesten samme navn vegg i vegg med dette hotellet, kunne ikke finne det hotellet på deres sider.

The most horrible hotel to go to Hotels. Com needs to take this off their list Breakfast was absolutely horrible also. The upkeep is terrible it seems the owner does not care. Safes were broken, the lights in my room went off 3 times in 12hrs.then they changed my room 3 times
