Expedia again overrated this hotel. Old derelict building & furniture and NOT clean room, Its a very misleading description on the quality of the hotel on Expedia website. Expedia needs to convey correct information on the actual quality of hotels. I experienced the same issue on hotels in Vietnam too. The only way to guarantee a good hotel is booking a 5-star hotel. Otherwise, its a hit and miss in selecting hotels.

Worst Hotel Ever

detailsDisappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at Eastiny Bella Vista Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand. Upon arrival, the room I was given was much smaller than what was shown in the photos and had a strong, unpleasant odor. I requested a room change, but was told all rooms were the same. I then asked for an upgrade, which cost an additional $100. While the upgraded room was slightly larger, it still had the same bad smell. When I asked for a refund so I could stay elsewhere, the staff refused. Things got worse when I discovered bed bugs in the upgraded room after just one night. I reported this to the manager, who was dismissive and only offered to have someone spray the bed and mattress – a completely unacceptable solution. I again asked for a refund or a transfer to an affiliated hotel, but was refused. Ultimately, I had to book a different hotel at my own expense just to get out of there. This was a terrible experience, and I would never stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is surrounded by a lot of bars and tgere are massages and all kinds of stuff here. Great for solo traveler. Room itself is fine for the price, hot water, ac, dont need much more. Beach is like a five minute walk from tgere too.

There was no fridge in room,old television only 6 channels no English news channel. The shower room was dirty tiles missing and dirty floor area. The reception area small and no interaction with the 1 staff member there. Wouldn’t encourage or advise anyone to stay there.
