Overall we are very satisfied

The Villa is clean, basic needs are all provided, all as per discriptions and photos, basic cleaning is doing on every day. Registration house is just next unit (actually it's self checking in & out, no registration). Location is quiet but convenient, convenient shops, Big C, restaurants are nearby in walking distance. The only drawback is the sun in January doesn't shine on the swimming pool (don't know if this change in other months).
