Slow checkin. Staff was not very welcoming or friendly. Bare minimum. Hotel is incredibly dirty and unsanitary. After walking down the dirty hallway, with all the beat up doors, we walked in and out of the room immediately. It had an awesome perfume smell to mask the scent of something, dusty and rusted fixtures, bed was barely made. Bathroom looked old and unclean. Drapes were ragged and air unit was dirty and beat up looking. Neighboring rooms were loud and some people in the halls looked strung out. I was told the second floor rooms were nicer when I complained and I asked, “why didn’t you give us that floor first then?” We couldn’t stay and booked another nearby hotel losing our money at this one.

The hall leading to our room was littered with trash and leaves. The room itself looks like it had been used recently. The chair that is in there had fresh red stains on it, and the bed had hairs on it. The flooring was missing chunks in spots. The door to the bathroom inside the room looked as if it had been busted in a few times.

It's consider nicely shabby which is weird.

They failed to inform the guest in advance that the pool would be closed for maintenance and I was told I would receive new towels at one point but I didn't. They were severely short staffed as usual.

Check in was super easy and fast,staff was amazing. I hate the hotel smelled like weed and outside was broken glass and garbage all over its not the hotel people's fault it's the people that stay there. Breakfast the kids were looking for bacon or some type of meat. They need to make the lights in the hallway a bit brighter.

We stayed here for 2 nights, As we checked in the room the bathtub was full of dirty water. We were given another room but its still dirty. Floors are sticky The pictures from there website is different feom the real property , the while premises is dirty. I will never stay here in this hotel.

This hotel stay was horrible. I had to stay a week there and the rooms were dirty hair stains on the sheet broken table. Also, they had Kids run up and down the hallways people arguing I would never go back to that hotel again
