We had an excellent experience while in town for a weekend wedding. We arrived at our hotel way before the 4pm check in time hoping to just be able to store our bags. Staff went beyond that and had a room ready for us in 10 minutes! The front desk and manager were terrific.

Amazing place. We went for two nights. Incredible

Great breakfasts, including an omlette bar! Good experience.

I was up in the area for a fencing tournament at Drew. The weather was supposed to be nasty, so instead of driving home and back again in the morning, I got a hotel for the night. The hotel itself, especially the mini kitchen in the room, was convenient and a decent price for the area. I was quite pleased that I could refreeze the ice pack for my lunch box and still keep my lunch cold overnight. To be frank though, I was too exhausted to really appreciate the amenities that were available. I flopped onto the bed, which was incredibly comfortable, and didn't move unless I absolutely had to. I was a little bummed that the hot tub or whirlpool or whatever you want to call it was outside and thus unavailable to use and that the hot water for the shower didn't get truly hot. Well, I suppose that's not entirely true. The water got hot, it just didn't come out of the shower head. That water temp remained about the same after a certain point and the rest gushed from the faucet. I couldn't get it to all come out of the shower head. That was, honestly, my biggest issue. That and that I couldn't find a TV guide anywhere. The highlights of my stay were the pillows on the bed, which I'm pretty sure where down and positively the most wonderful things I've ever slept on, and the breakfast the next morning. I was able to grab something, down it, check out, and be out the door with a thermos of hot tea in no time.

Had to make last minute plans for a family funeral. The 2 room suite was ideal for us and our two boys. Both rooms spacious, bathrooms very nice. Main sitting area for family gathering was excellent. Nice walk in shower in one room, but water flow slow. Full kitchen with supplies very nice. Breakfast in am included, was just ok but when in a hurry was a good place to stop. Our room was on the main street side and the road noise was loud at night. In our room the shade did not cover the entire window so there was a street light that would shine in thru the shade to the bed. Curtains could provide better light and sound control on those rooms on the main street side. Our comforter had some bad stains and I asked for replacement and they did but we did not receive a better comforter. Front staff was great and helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. Misplaced an item that I called about but have not received back.

We rented one of their suite rooms for 6 adults. Luis was amazing and was able to accommodate our early check in for the wedding we were attending. The room was amazing, one of the better kitchenettes I've seen in suite rooms. The king size bedroom had a stand up shower which was a nice touch. The room was really clean and the staff was wonderful. We didn't get to take advantage of the pool but it looked really spacious and nice. If we ever need to visit Morristown again I would book at Hyatt House.

I came to NJ to celebrate with my son and his fiancee an engagement dinner in Madison NJ. The Hotel was very close to both my son's apartment in Chatham and his fiancee's parents home in Madison. Room was a suite with lots of room to entertain. Price was OUTSTANDING !

The hotel was very clean and nice but I sort of expected it to be a little more fancy. I had a suite and like I said it was nice with a cute kitchen etc but the TV was too small and like I said not as fancy as I would have hoped .

Stayed for just an overnight but was impressed with the front desk as well as the comfort and spaciousness of the unit. Very clean. Bed was divine. Will definately stay here again when in the area!

The Hyatt in Morristown was too expensive. This one was much more reasonable for our last minute NYE plans. We went to Iron Bar in Morristown.

My only complaint was that the GPS had me turn down Park Avenue and the entrance was actually on the Columbia Turnpike. The room was very comfortable and appeared to be well equipped for someone needing to spend more than just overnight there. Although only early September, the outdoor pool was closed for the season. The rate we received made this an excellent value, especially for the area.

Very friendly front desk and very comfortable bed! Breakfast is ok. Free wifi is nice. I like the Hyatt house chain.

Very comfortable, quite and very friendly staff. My only disappointment was I thought I had an indoor pool and there was not one. I could have read web site wrong!

Very nice room, great value convenient to train stations and other areas , staff was great and breakfast was also a plus

Our son is an actor in "Live" for the Shakespeare Theater of NJ and was performing as Romeo in their production at the Kirby. We chose The Hyatt House in Morristown several years ago when he began his career and found this hotel to be the most convenient and of the best value. We tried a different hotel once that was closer to the theater and had a wonderful reputation; but came back to the Hyatt House during that stay and every trip since. The Hyatt House staff is gracious and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. We love it there! Plus it smells wonderful!

i was happily surprised to be able to get a suite for less then a room w/two beds @ other hotels. the place was very clean, staff very nice, and the free breakfast wasn't bad.

After the holiday there wasn't much room for me to stay with my family. This was a great alternative and I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is a repeat for us. The prices are fabulous for a two bedroom suite which allowed us to go to a nearby restaurant and stay overnight. The facilities were perfect for our needs.

Staff attitudes and rooms need upgrades. :-( Not what I expected from a Hyatt at that price.

Hotel was great. Check-in around 3.30pm with no problems, very quiet and friendly area. The room was at its best, we love the kitchen supplies provided. The only thing was the bathroom door didn't want to close at all, besides that everything was great and would come back for sure.
