Agnanti Villa is on the ground floor and can host up to 6 guests. All rooms look out to the sea.

It is 155m² big, and offers 2 bedrooms : a double, en-suite bedroom (with bathtub bathroom) and a twin bedroom – both with big closets and plenty of drawers. Extra beds can be put in the bedrooms or the living room. There is also a second bathroom with a shower cabin.

The house has a spacious living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV set. Next to it, there is a cosy dining space with a table for 6. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware and utensils, big counters and plenty of cupboards. Appliances include full-size oven/cooker, clothes' iron, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle & toaster. In the kitchen, there is an exercise bike and access to the apartment's store room where the washing machine is set. There is also a dining corner with a table for 4, ideal for breakfast with view to the sea!

All rooms are air-conditioned (hot/cold) and all windows have mosquito nets – very handy in the summer! Most of the floor is covered with wood.

The house opens to a private, shaded veranda with unlimited view.
