I think the description of the unit was misleading. "Oceanview" was clearly stated in the description and out of one window there was a small peakat the ocean. Your description shoul be changed. We appreciated the fast action Olivia took to get the plugged toilet resolved. She was friendly and knowledgeable.The unit was lovely however we felt the service charge for cleaning service was extremely high, and in addition we were asked to do 3 things that housekeeping staff would normally do. Thankyou for asking about our stay.

We felt as though we were in the lap of luxury. The town home was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped which we appreciated since we made quite a few of our meals.My dog also appreciated being able to be included in our trip and she particularly enjoyed going for a run on the beach. To get to the beach you have to go down a winding path and then drop over a wall. Only really accessible at low tide. We didn't use the pool or hot tub as the weather was rainy and marginal. However they looked very nice.We would definitely return and have already recommended the town house to others.

super restful stay

This is the second time I've stayed here. As before, the unit was really clean and beautifully appointed with every mod/con you would want . The whole environment is very chill! This time there were no robes in the unit to wear to the hot tub. I had to hunt them down in the pool house. Irritating, but not the end of the world and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. I didn't realize when I booked what percentage of the total was for the cleaning fee. As much as I like the place, I'll be seeking something a bit more reasonable in the future.

Great location not so great housekeeping

Location and size of the property was great. Layout of unit was also great, unit had plenty of space, large bathrooms, almost new.Very bad experience with black dog hair all over the sheets. Had to launder the sheets after I woke up first night with a headache and scratchy throat. Privately messaged property manager with photos of issue. No remedy except that it shouldn't have happened and they would notify housekeeping.

Very Comfortabke

The town house was just like it shows in pictures. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean. The property was nice but there was no access to the beach. When asked at the office we were told they were working on it and we could use the resort next door to access the beach. It turns out the resort next door does not support this but was kind enough to allow us to use it during our stay. This did not reflect poorly on the accommodations, they were fantastic!

Great Stay! Suggest if you are staying for a longer stay, stock up on cooking spices, coffee and tea supplies…. Close to major resort restaurant and shopping a few kms away.Will be back! Thanks again!

We had 2 keys rather than 3 ( no big deal). Everything was good. Could have used a bit more dishwasher soap but again minor detail. We stayed quite a while! Loved the place. Nice area- lots of space- beautiful view… Hope to be back!

Andrew was prompt and helpful in all communication. The cleaner we met (Olivia) was professional, friendly and certainly thorough. We have high standards for our VRBO rentals and this property met or exceeded all of our expectations . Highly recommend.
