PLEASE NOTE: The courtyard areas, including the outdoor pool and hot tub, will be closed for renovation from mid-April through the fall of 2025. This property is NOT located on the courtyard side. Please note that construction may take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday. Thank you for your understanding as we make these improvements.

Stay just one block from Town Lift for easy access to Park City Mountain, this freshly updated condo sleeps 6! One parking space is also provided. It's an easy stroll to Main Street with its numerous restaurants, galleries, shops, and nightclubs and the free town shuttle provides quick access to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all of the area's many activities and entertainment.

The main bedroom has a king bed and features a 32" TV and iPod deck and a private full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can convert to a king with advanced notice, a CD player and games. The king sofa sleeper in the living room is great for two additional guests. There's a second full bath convenient to the second bedroom and living room.

The full kitchen has everything you need to make snacks and meals. With a dining table for 6 plus 3 counter stools the space is great for everyone to spend time together. And all can warm up and relax in the living room with its wood burning fireplace and 42" TV with DVD. Balcony with seating area.

Park Station amenities include fere Wi-Fi, coin-op laundry facility, elevator, and complimentary parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Economy rating.

Wonderful location, rustic place

The shower heads/water pressure was awesome! As is the location. The place has odd decorations and is a bit darker. The spare room smelled like sewage every time we flushed the toilet next to it. We had some issues getting check in info but when I called they were awesome to resolve it. Also make sure to note there is only one parking place. They were good to bring us another one when we asked though. Overall good price if you’re on a budget.

Great stay in PC!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in PC. We were only here for a short stay in August, but the condo was in a great location and walking distance to everything! The pool and hot tub were great too! Kitchen was fully equipped and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Would recommend!

Thé location was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well - equipped. The condo was decorated so mountains. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t hot several of the days. Also , other guests left trash in the hallway. I called the management about it and it took several days to remove it. It started to stink.

Spring Skiing Park City

Park Station location was fantastic. Right across the street from Park City Town Lift. This access does not force you to go to the base of park city resort to catch your first lift of the day. No lines at the base of Town Lift. Park Station was clean with great location not only for skiing but also for access to bars and restaurants. Two bedroom condo beats a hotel room.

Cozy unit in walking distance to lift/Main St.

The unit was as advertised in the pictures and felt spacious enough for 4 adults. We enjoyed the fire place, the short distance to the Town Lift, and the outdoor jacuzzi. The unit is also in walking distance to Main St. The ease of access was a major plus, as the entire building and unit are furnished with a numerical keypad entry system so the group could come and go as we pleased without worrying about who had the set of keys. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Was perfect for our weekend getaway. Super close to historic main street and a gorgeous view of the ski slopes from the balcony. Only issue could be parking. Off season wasn't an issue but there weren't many extra stalls.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a bit outdated but we saw that online and not any surprise. It was very close to downtown. We checked in 3/14/20 about three hours before PCMR shut down. So we didn't get to utilize the condo as we had hoped. We shorted our trip to a couple days and made the best of it. The hot tubs stayed open and the management team refunded our unused stay. I would have no problem booking this condo again and would recommend to anyone.
