Sunny End Home with Private Hot Tub, 2 Fireplaces, Loft for sleeping/relaxing

Comfortable, upscale 3 bedroom + loft , 3 full baths, 2-level , end townhome with lots of windows.

World class skiing abounds. It's just half a mile to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and a short, free bus ride to Park City Resort. From there you can take the gondola over to the Canyons at Park City. It's only a mile to downtown Park City with great restaurants, shopping and galleries. If the snow is cleared, it's a very pleasant walk to town.

You can ski hard then come home to relax. Soak in the private hot tub, enjoy the combination of rain shower and body jets (and regular shower, too) in the master bath, laze in front of the living room fireplace, use free WiFi or watch TV on one of many TVs (all bedrooms, living room and loft). The living room HDTV HBO and Showtime plus other internet accessible entertainment sites. Several have DVD players to play DVDs you bring or from our small library of family friendly movies. Cook a meal in the remodeled, fully equipped, well-stocked kitchen and eat dinner by the dining room fireplace. Two-zone heating assures warmth throughout the house. We also added AC on the 2nd floor for the rare hot summer day. Since the townhome is just steps from the free bus stop you really don't need a car. If you do have a car, park in the reserved garage space. You'll never have to dig your car out of the snow in the morning. There's also a secured ski locker.

The accommodations are very flexible. Privacy for three couples. Also great for two families or three generations. Loft and living room provide space for separate activities - kids in the loft, adults in the living room! - plus the loft has a sofa bed w/ inflatable mattress over the sofa-bed mattress. Safety gate, Pack-n-Play and booster seat provided. Free WiFi plus printer, copier and scanner, too.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available on request.

Fabulous House & Great Location to Deer Valley & Park City

The house and property were terrific! The house is spacious and well maintained...very clean and LOTS of extras in the kitchen and elsewhere...having a humidifier in all the bedrooms was SO helpful since the winter air is so dry. Parking access with parking passes and a garage spot was extra helpful. The big beautiful fireplaces were enjoyable and the hot tub was extra special after a day of skiing. The owner/manager was responsive and available for any question. We would definitely stay there again.

Park City Hideout

First trip to Park City! This condo is well appointed, roomy, and stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Was pleasantly surprised to find coffee, champagne, ginger beer, spices, Kleenex, moisture lotion, shampoo and conditioner, piles of covers and towels and even two box fans to create white noise and auditory privacy. Traveled with 4 young adults and this condo provided ample space and privacy. While the hot tub was great, time for a new one:). Great location and easy walk to Main Street.

Perfect location near Deer Valley and Main St.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient being less than 5 minutes from Snowbase lodge and 5 minutes from Main St. This made it very easy to be on the mountain super early for first runs and we were able to relax at the house after before heading to dinner on Main St. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent ski retreat

We absolutely loved staying in this wonderful condo. It was the perfect place for our family to relax after skiing at Deer Valley all day. There was plenty of space for the five of us and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was lovely and the communications with owner were outstanding.

Fantastic Stay

I grew up in Park City, so I am familiar with different neighborhoods and have stayed in lots of places since having a family and coming back to ski. Laura's place was truly wonderful, such easy access and perfect for my family. She provides lots of really thoughtful touches like extra humidifiers for your rooms, plenty of laundry supplies, coffee filters, etc. She also checks in a ton to make sure everything is okay, so if you have an issue it would be easy to resolve it quickly. Skiing was a breeze, we left our skis at Deer Valley's complimentary ski storage overnight and would then just hop on the bus in the morning and afternoon without needing to move our car. Was also easy to grab the bus to go down to Main Street, you really wouldn't even need a car at this property to be able to do plenty of things. Highly recommend!

Great townhouse for skiing at Deer Valley. It’s a short walk to the bus/shuttle stop and a quick trip to the Snow Park base of the mountain. The townhouse is nice, comfortable and clean. We had a great time!

Open floor plan with all amenities

Location is super convenient to both downtown Park City and Deer Valley ski resort. Each is only a few bus stops away which is what we use bc it’s free and easy. Gas fireplaces are romantic. Hot tub is nestled privately on the back porch. Plenty of space with a huge kitchen and master bath that is completely updated. Communication with the owner, Laura, is first rate. We will definitely return to this gem.

Great place in Deer Valley!

Lovely condo with all the amenities, including a hot tub! Host provided all necessary information, as well as some additional tips. We had a couple questions prior to arrival, and she was very helpful and responsive. Eight of us stayed for a week, and it was really nice to have basics like coffee filters, foil, plastic wrap, and spices furnished so we did not have to buy those for a short stay. Laura was a great host. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the process. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our three 20+ year old boys and us. Just perfect!

This place was perfect for our family of 8. We were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed. It was very clean, newly renovated, with extremely convenient location. We took the shuttle just at the end of the driveway for a very short couple minute ride to ski. We enjoyed the hot tub, nice kitchen, and the new sectional couch which fit many of us to watch TV/movies at night by the double fireplace. So cozy! I've stayed at many vacation homes before, and Laura is one of the best hosts. She is very organized and sent us helpful information regarding the home, dining, things to do, etc prior to our arrival. She promptly responds to any questions/concerns you have. We really loved this home and look forward to returning in the future!

A great family getaway!

We were thrilled with our stay at Laura's townhouse, which is beautiful. It was such a cozy setup with the fireplaces. The kitchen was great for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner, and the location is very convenient for visiting Main Street in Park City. The communication with Laura was superb. Highly recommend to others!

Great, comfy, clean & convenient condo!

We had a great stay in Laura’s condo. It is so nice to deal directly with the owner rather than a management service - Laura was always so responsive. She takes a lot of pride in her condo and has many amenities and directions to help make the stay enjoyable and guests feel at home. Very convenient to Snow Park and also 3 minute drive into Park City. Fawn grove no longer participates in the Deer Valley shuttle but the free bus stop is right at the end of the driveway. Amazing kitchen - master bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent! Our only complaint - which she tells the guests - is they the hot tub is very chlorinated. But then again it probably needs to be with so many different guests staying throughout the season. 😬 We would love to book this condo again when we return to Deer Valley!

Excellent Stay in Deer Valley!

Perfect condo for our family ski trip to Deer Valley over Spring Break. Location is good, with a shuttle bus stop right out front, providing quick access to Snow Park Lodge/ski school. Condo itself is clean, cozy, and very organized. Loved the double fire place! Bedrooms are spacious, and the loft provided more room if needed. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were all new. Most importantly, Laura was wonderful to work with. Easy and prompt to communicate with, especially when a family emergency might have impacted our travel plans. I appreciated her flexibility. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!
