After mealtime, kick back and relax in the inviting and comfortable living area equipped with comfortable couches strategically placed in front of the gas fireplace. At the end of the day, relax in the private hot tub on the deck and watch the snow gently fall as you soak your tired muscles.

Located three miles from historic Main Street in Park City, a car is recommended. However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free! You'll find an array of activity options at Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resorts, along with Historic Main Street options such as the Park City Museum, shops, and top-rated dining for your pleasure.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

I have stayed in this exact condo for the past five years, five to six weeks each visit. And, I reserved next season several months ago.It is not new and it is not fancy. It does have a smashing location - right at the base of Silver Lake.Management is responsive and relatively effective.

Location, cleanliness, amenities, furnishings, and supplies all excellent at Mont Cervin #33. Quiet location within the building and everything you need is right there. Only suggestion is to have a small table out on the balcony.
