We’ve rented VRBO properties worldwide and never dealt with a management company this bad. KBM promised, via multiple emails, to send the access code when the unit was ready but never did. At check-in, we called repeatedly, but their automated system doesn’t connect you to a live person, and our messages went unanswered. We only got in because we were digging through an old confirmation emails for additional contact info and happened to find the codes. The property was also misrepresented—listed as having AC, and found during a search for properties with A/C, but it doesn’t. The bedrooms were in the 80s every afternoon, only cooling down late at night with window fans. VRBO tried to help, but KBM took two days to respond via email that someone would reach out. No one ever did.The home itself is nice and in a great location, but KBM’s incompetence ruined the experience. We will never rent from them again and recommend avoiding any property they manage.
