Location was fantastic and the access to Snow Park on the shuttle made it very easy to get back and forth from the resort. House was a good size for our group of 3 families.

This house was a real hit with our group. We all loved the many clean and comfortable spaces to hang out together, the fantastic and well-stocked kitchen, and easy access to Main Street and the ski slopes. We would love to stay again someday.

Family reunion

Family reunion for my small extended family. Great gathering spaces. Excellent location close to park city. Beautiful kitchen which we used a lot of, we mostly just stayed in and enjoyed each others company.

Excellent Cozy Place for Large Groups

This property is located close to Deer Valley, has 7 rooms of good size and is well appointment to host larger groups. While a little older, it is very cozy.

Perfect place

Excellent excellent facility for a large family gathering. Perfectly appointed, immaculately clean, spacious in all the right places. Bonus show of deer and wild turkeys wondering through the back yard every day of the stay. Could not have been better.

Great House! Great Location! Moose!

Came for a wedding in Park City with 10 people - 3 couples, the rest single. There was plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfy, bathrooms very nice and there are plenty of them. We had a family meal at the dining room table and everyone fit. Kitchen is VERY nice. I think we fit 8 people in the hot tub at one point. Everything was very clean and high quality. The neighborhood is very nice. Major Highlight: We saw MOOSE across the street, eating the neighbors trees, TWICE in 4 days. Drive to park city is only 5 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again. The only imperfection is the layout is slightly strange in a couple spots (the downstairs bedrooms are contained inside of each other. They do have separate doors and share a bathroom) but the house and location are so nice it really doesn't matter. This place was perfect. No Complaints.

Great Place to Stay

We rented this place in Park City over a holiday weekend. It was perfect for our family. Lots of space and the place was very clean. Kids loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. My favorite part was the big tvs and comfy couches. Would definitely recommend this place!

Girls Trip and Birthday Celebration

The property management company is a GEM to work with, communicative, friendly & helpful. We were 11 ladies celebrating a birthday & stayed 6 nights. The house was PERFECT & beautiful w/a very well-appointed kitchen, everything we thought we'd need was already in the house including a drawer full of spices. Several sets of dishes & silverware meant we didn't need to run the dishwasher after every meal. All of the bedrooms had comfy beds and plenty of space to walk around the rooms. 2 of the bedrooms on the top floor shared a bathroom but had vanities and mirrors in their rooms to make getting ready easier. The 2 bedrooms on the very bottom floor also shared a bathroom and a main entry door to the rooms. This was perfect for the group of ladies who have all traveled together before! Overall, this house was perfect for us. 1 thing would have been nice, is a later check out time. 10am comes early, we were rushing a little the night before & in the morning. The management company told us to leave the cleaning to them, what a blessing! We just had to collect our things and walk out. The only downsides we experienced: Needs outside table, we were there in June and appreciated the beautiful scenery & weather! The large dining room needs a rug under the table, it was noisy for the room below. Pictures of the contents of the kitchen would be nice to have but not necessary. We were pleasantly surprised when the kitchen was very well stocked! A couple of the windows need screens and we were hesitant to keep them open at night w/o screens. The whole time we were there was a pleasure! Traveling w/family, friends or a combo of both, you won't be disappointed! It was beautiful, well cared for & in a great neighborhood. We saw a moose trot across our backyard, had 2 turkeys roosting in the trees at night saw plenty deer, bunnies even a couple of Jackalopes! In my own opinion the ladies I traveled with made the trip but the house made it comfortable!
