Spend your extended holiday vacation in this newly renovated mountain modern, two-level, 3,600 sqr. ft. home is the perfect place for your winter vacation. Only a short five minute drive to Canyons resort for world class skiing, and only 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and resorts in historic Park City and Deer Valley. After a long day of skiing, park in the spacious garage, hang up your ski's and snowboards, dry out your gear in the mudroom, enjoy and apres ski cocktail in the hot tub, a game of ping pong or pool, a cozy meal, and a movie in front of the fireplace. Perfect space for all the kids and adults to have fun and relax.

Spacious living room with plenty of seating, bar, ping pong and pool table (combo).
Bedroom with queen size memory foam couchbed, tv, dresser.
Bathroom with toilet and shower

Mudroom perfect for drying out all your snowy jackets and pants from a day of fun out on the slopes.
Cozy family room with fireplace, large flat screen, and lots of seating right off the kitchen.

Large kitchen with oversized fridge and freezer so you can stock up for the whole gang! Wolf range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, charging station, spacious pantry.
