We rented a newly renovated unit on the 2nd floor. The unit itself was decorated very nicely. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately the building is not well insulated and you could hear every step, chairs sliding in and out and sometimes voices from mostly the unit above. I always thought wood floors were a strange choice for a ski place. So, my recommendation is to rent a top level unit on the 3rd floor to avoid this very annoying feature. Because the insulation was so poor you could feel drafts on very windy days and it was difficult to get the temperature comfortably regulated. The living area would be cold and the bedrooms to hot. The bus stop is immediately out the front door of the building. It is very convenient getting to the base for skiing because busses pass every few minutes. Getting back is not so easy. The bus doesn't stop directly across the street. You have to make sure to get a bus that turns right on Park Avenue and the stop is about a block way. When it snowing and you have to cross a busy intersection this is not ideal. Another longer option is to take the bus around to the Main Street transportation center and get off at the stop in front of the building. You can ski down to Town Lift and catch bus there to get dropped off again in front of building. You can also walk back from base. Or you can drive and park at the base. There is a learning curve at the end of the day. The wait for the correct bus was often 20 minutes or so. Some of the options getting back just did not work for me because I am lazy and prefer not to be inconvenienced. You can leave your skis at overnight valet at base for $7/night. Large hot tub was nice, but they leave it covered with a solar cover and the straps to connect it to the reel were missing so you can't roll it. I stayed at this unit in January and again in March so it never was fixed. You can replace those straps for a very minimal charge...I have the same cover at home and they do wear out. It's very inexpensive to replace. No one seemed to be working there to open and close this pool/tub. Underground parking was great and never an issue finding a spot. Ski locker room was convenient to put on boots. Ski boots aren't allowed in units. This is a reasonable priced option in a decent location. I prefer a bit more ski in and out for convenience. The bus system is generally ok, but not perfect. I might consider the building again, but only a top floor unit because I'm sensitive to the noise.
We stayed in unit 104. Nicely furnished and well appointed. Plenty of room for five adults and all their stuff. Great location with heated pool right outside our door. Shuttle bus stop is in front of the condo and every bus seems to stop here. Never had to wait. Short walk to the mountain if you opt to walk. Would definitely stay here again. Great price too for 3 bed/3bath.
We stayed at the All Seasons condos in early January, so we got a terrific price. We rented a two bedroom unit with a large kitchen and living room. Each room was equipped with TV with satellite service. The livingroom had ample seating and a fireplace. The kitchen was fully equipped and contained a spacious dining area. The unit had two attractive bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. A large hot tub was just outside the door. The complex had ample underground parking. I brought my truck, so I had to park outside. The unit was about 800 yards from the lifts and a shuttle stop was just outside the door. Skiing was excellent. I first skied Park City in the 60s. It is now the largest ski area in the US. This is a first class resort, and we would stay here again.
Ms. Kowalski was a huge part of us being happy with our experience! She made sure we were pleased with our hotel. If everyone in customer service performed as she does, the world would be more pleasant and effective!
I am currently the c checked in and I am having problem with the internet. Front desk are of no help and rude from the night manager John to morning staff. All that they can say is that they can'T do anything to help me connect to the internet.they say that our room service is also LIMITED.
Excellent complex. I have stayed in both 108 and 208. This trip it was unit 208 and it was the third time staying in that particular unit. 208 is a three bedroom 3 bath unit. One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one has a king size bed and the third has two queen beds. The King and double queen rooms have their own bathrooms while the double bunk room uses a continental style bathroom that also is accessed from the hall. The unit has a generous sized living - dining - kitchen area. There is a laundry nook off the kitchen which is very handy for washing clothes on those longer stays. Everything is well appointed with flat screen TVs, I-pod docking station, great wifi, quality appliances and very comfortable beds. The complex has a locker room near the front door for ski or golf club storage. The locker room is great with a good place for tuning your own skiis and seats for putting on your boots. The unit specific lockers are keyed for secure storage of your equipment. There is a parking garage in the basement. Watch your clearance. A tall SUV with ski racks may not fit. If that is the case then there is parking outside. The outdoor hot tub is the size of a pool and is a wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes. Another bonus is the location of the bus stop. It is right outside the front door. Buses run on time and frequently to wherever you need to go at NO CHARGE. That's right - Main street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, Kimble Junction and elsewhere in the area. They are comfortable with courteous drivers. There is a grocery store, liquor store (in Utah you have to buy wine and even craft beers at the liquor store), Cole's sports, Jans sports, Starbucks are within a minutes walk. I would also rate this as a good place for a family. The unit was spacious with TVs in the rooms that would allow the kids to have their own area. Unit 108 is very similar but without the bunks in the one room as I remember. 108 was up for sale when we visited in 2013 and it was absolutely pristine. This statement should not detract from 208 as it is very nice as well. Unless you are staying somewhere that is actually ski in- ski out. This is the best location. Both units allowed us to check in early and check out late so we could ski the day we arrived and the day we departed. Shuttle service and Delta Airlines schedules allow for this making this a great ski destination due to the ease of travel.
We stayed here 12/26-12/31 2012. Condo has very nice finishes, with comfortable beds! Resort quest was very responsive to our questions and needs. Every bus runs right by our place, making Access to main street and ski resorts very easy.
We travelled to SLC during the summer this year for a trade show but didn't want to pay the extortionate prices for a hotel so went to PC instead and the location was amazing. The apartment was park of a bigger block that was very well cared for, very clean and well appointed with all the mod cons we we needed including WIFI. The apartment itself would have slept 10 people, six bunks and two double beds, with the doubles having separate on suites and the bunks having a shared one (ideal for kids). Extra bonus was a Starbucks across the street. There was a small spa pool in the centre of the condos that was much used during the hot early evenings though we did have to dodge a couple of groups of kids who were also using it (controls for the spa are on the metal gates). Location was wonderful, a beautiful drive to SLC through the mountains or a short walk to the cable car to get up to the mountains. The only gripe we had was that arriving in the early hours of the morning meant having to call a night porter out and then put all our luggage back into the car for a short trip to the condos. This would be a great location for business in SLC but you also have the amazing facility of PC there as well. One other thing to know, is that you need to turn right and go up the hill to get to the real park city zone with all the bars and restaurants. I have already booked for the same period next year if that is an indication of the quality
This is an update to a review I wrote in 2008 regarding unit 108. I have since stayed in this condo two more times. You will find this rental listed at Vacation Rentals by Owner (www.vrbo.com) It is listing number 246953. Go to that website to book the unit. There are no surprises when you rent this condo - the features mentioned in the VRBO listing are a sure thing. It is a great location, the bus stops right outside the door and delivers you in minutes to the slopes. The unit is updated, very clean and as another person in our group said " It sparkles". There are plenty of extras such as flat screen TV's, ipod dock, stereo system, hot tub, lots of room, and a fully furnished kitchen. Starbucks is right across the street and the grocery store is within walking distance. The owners are a delight to talk to and very familiar with Park City.
Very nice location. Even ski in if you take your skis off to cross the road! Park city MT. Resort is right up the street or the shuttle stops right in front of the building. Quiet, family oriented, on the golf course so the view is vast and lots of light. Well equipped for cooking in and giant pool/hot tub is very relaxing and brings guests together in a friendly way. Grocery store is very close and ski shop is next door. Great choice for families as there's units with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths so morning rush to ski is easier. Would stay again. Some units are fancier than others as they are individually owned, but minimum required amenities are met to be in the rental pool. Good maintenance response when they had to reset the router for internet service.
