Hotel was not as pictured, but very outdated and old. We stayed one night and our electric door card never worked, so we had to go downstairs to have someone let us in each time.

Awful

Avoid like the plague. The hotel was run down and stunk of cigarettes. The lampshades were broken, there was mould in the room and bugs. We were a family of 4 with a 10 and 7 year old so although it is cheap, we ended up checking out 2 days early as couldn’t stand the smell of cigarettes. The only decent thing was the parking and restaurants close by but we were also advised not to walk around once it had gone dark.

Super lazy people …..

If l go to this hotel next time , Hopefully l can get the good service …. A lots of them don’t give us good service , Even though l beg them to minimum requirements . For example, They don’t bring room key , They don’t have the a stopper for storing water in the bathtub …. Etc . Also they don’t come to my room to change my towels and they don’t come to me to give me new amenities surprisingly. I stayed 3 days , But they’ve never care us from them by themselves. Part of them don’t work well . Even their hotel had no many guests … They don’t work well …. Very lazy people ……

Do not book this hotel!

This is NOT a 4-star rated hotel by any standards and especially not in Paris. Rooms were disgustingly dirty, no working A/C in the room (it was boiling hot), no coffee maker, no toiletries provided, strong suffocating smoke (cigarettes) odor in the hallway, so much that is wrong with this hotel that it should not even charge more than $70 usd/night, and that’s being generous. Location is completely apart from any close train station/metro. Very un attentive staff at the front desk. The only thing that made our stay bearable was the fact that we were in the city most of the days and only returned to sleep, and that was even a challenge. I will never want to stay in this hotel ever again!

Business Trip

I have stayed here before, its located in an area idea for my business meetings. The hotel is OK, its clean and the staff are helpful. They appear to have a good trade form group holiday bookings and sometimes at breakfast its like a" horde of locust" have been through there. Breakfast is just about OK, not a lot of choice.

Even though the bed and bathroom were clean the carpet was really dirty and said that in France they had no air conditioning but only when it was really hot so get ready to leave the door open deal with the noise.

Get forearmed! Please read!!!

Truly disappointed!!! Lobby did look sharp and modern just like the pictures we viewed. But that's where it ended. Once upstairs we were hit by the smell of stale cigarette smoke and bad 60's decor...Our family room door was damaged with paint scraped off, the 60's decor theme also continued inside. Very little natural light due to the one window, also no ceiling lights, just two inadequate standing lamps! Of the two air-con units...One didn't work and the other constantly dripped. Another problem was that the cleaners never replaced toilet roll, we had to go asking every time we ran out. The beds were comfortable. Now breakfast! Served from 7 to 9... If you were down at 8! You were too late!!! No bowls left for cereal, "fresh" fruit not made up when finished, bread for toasting also not replaced when finished...no orange juice and no milk for tea...and not forgetting the sticky floors! Never again will our family stay here. You have been warned!!!

At nights we had problems getting in the lobby door cause they would lock the doors and when I ring the bell for 20 minutes no one answered. Also they didn't clean out rooms the first day.

Bad hotel even it is four star !

some of the staff were brilliant some not so much so, the rooms are basic but nicely presented - no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room or fridge which was a shame, nice shower/bath, comfy bed, good amenities on site and in the surrounding area.
