The apartment was clean but the entrance is pathetic , surrealistic, there where outside the entrance homeless sleeping when you come in the hall is narrow and smell terrible , people made pee and smell terrible I need to paid for excelsior opera hotel 2 nights

The place was clean and was prepared for 3 people just as I had asked. The fans available came in handy for the warm weather. Easy to access and wifi worked well. It was handy having a washer machine.

If you are young, a foodie and want to experience the night scene of Paris, then this is a wonderful location. If you are a family with young children, then you may want to find a quieter location. This little apartment faces a busy street with cafes and brasseries where locals and tourists like to hangout during the evening. Thus it can get quite noisy at night time with lots of cigarette smokes if you open the balcony doors at night. This little apartment needs a little bit of TLC. The futon in the bedroom is nice and firm. The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable.The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival with everything you need for a short stay. Communication/ instructions about how to enter the apartment were efficient and easy to follow.Other than some repairs, it is in a great location, with easy access to metro Lines 4, 8, 9, close to Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord, and Chatelet les Halles. It is walking distance to many fantastic eateries, such as Brasserie Dubillot (a lineup every night), Boulangerie du Sentier (a friendly local boulangerie), Frenchie (1 Michelin star restaurant), Comptoir del Gastronomie, Rue Montorgueil, Passages, Rue St-Denis, Song Heng (Pho - lineup everyday), les enfants du marche (one of the places that Anthony Bourdain visited), Dunes Blanches, just to name a few. As it is in 2nd Arr., you can almost walk to many attractions such as Musee du Louvre, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, le Centre Pompidou, Bourse de Commerce, the Latin Quarters.

The suite has no fan or any cooling system, I reported to host as soon as I checked in and the host said they would have someone drop off the fan the next day but no fan has been dropped off, I contacted again and the fan finally came on the 3rd night we have stayed. The first 2 nights have been very uncomfortable living with the heat. We opened the window for air circulation and we can hear all the sounds from the street outside. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, the kettle boiler is really dirty, the blanket provided has dried rice on it. Overall experience was terrible given the price point we have paid for staying 3 nights but suffered the heat and noise throughout the stay.

Not A Fit For Us

This property is in a great location. has a nice bathroom and is very clean. It might work very well for some guests, it just didn't for the two of us.It is very small and is less furnished and stocked than most vacation rentals we have stayed in. It has only one couch, one chair and a 16" coffee table. You can only get into bed by crawling through an approximate 30" door at the foot of it. The bathroom fan is broken and the stove may also be. We could not figure out how to turn it on.The place has a washing machine but did not have any detergent. We asked for some, but only had dish washing soap delivered to us after our second night.The Wifi network we were given for this place did not exist. The host directed us to the network that I believe was for the apartment across the hall. We only got decent access in a small area near the door to the apartment and the network would periodically disconnect. The host eventually sent a technician out to resolve the problem. We noticed no change but assume that this issue will be resolved.Even though all previsit communications were in English, after checkin the host persisted in texting us in French, even after being told at least 5 times we did not read French. Not the biggest problem, it was just annoying given the issues with the detergent and Wifi we were trying to sort out. The hosts, "ClickYourTravel," manage several places and seemed like they didn't know the exact condition of the place we had. Not ideal.

Location was good near everything. No wifi.

It was very tiny but close to places to see. Wifi did not work nor did water kettle.

Great location and flat

We had a great time here. 2 adults and a teen. The flat had all necessary conveniences and was clean and comfortable. Do not be fooled by the stairs leading to it. Rue St-Denis is an excellent launchpad for walking around arrondissements 1 thru 4. Very enjoyable.
