Superb modern apartment for 6 people, fully equipped , tastefully decorated. In the heart of Paris and very well located you will be next to the famous Père Lachaise district, close to Place de la Bastille, numerous shops, cafes and restaurants nearby for all tastes. My accommodation is ideal for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends
THE BUILDING IS CURRENTLY BEING REFURBISHED

The Space:
Apartment of 60 m2 located on the 1st floor without elevator which includes:
- 3 bedrooms with double bed, one of which has its own bathroom
- 1 living room with sofa, 1 coffee table, a dining table for 6 people
TV, Wifi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- Second bathroom with shower
- 1 separate toilet
- laundry room with washing machine and dryer
(in front of one of the rooms there is work on the building)

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
