Situé au rez-de-chaussée dans une cour paisible, le logement vous assure calme et confort, tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied du métro République. Vous profiterez d’une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit et d’un cadre authentiquement parisien, parfait pour découvrir la ville.

The location is great - within an easy walk of multiple metro lines - and there’s no street traffic noise. On the down side, it’s poorly appointed (only one coffee cup, no dish towels, you have to buy your own coffee pods after the first day as well as tp or other supplies if you run out) and several things were broken (drawer & trash can lid). The place cld use some spiffing up (cupboard door wood gashed and paint coming off the walls in places).

The location of this property was excellent. The property itself however, left a lot to be desired, and was infested with mould.As soon as we stepped in, there was a damp, musty smell. This was particularly noticeable in the wardrobe which was provided, which led to us not feeling comfortable hanging our clothes up.There were visible mould spots on the curtains of the property, on the walls, on the kitchen countertops and, most concerningly, on the bedside tables, which were directly at face level as we slept.Additionally, the kitchen equipment (pans, plates, etc.) was not properly cleaned, although this might be the shared responsibility of the hosts and the previous guests, as guests are asked to wash all dishes before check out. All amenities that are specified in the listing are present, and the check in process was very smooth and easy. As said before, the location was genuinely fantastic, absolutely no complaints about this aspect.This has the potential to be a very charming property, but in our opinion, is not ready to receive guests in. The mould issue must be fixed before this happens.
