Absolutely loved our stay here and wouldn’t think twice about coming back. Being right in the middle of Rue Mouffetard is hard to beat - brilliant location with loads of great food spots, markets, and cafés right on your doorstep. The Place Monge metro is only a couple of minutes away. The neighbourhood feels very safe and has a lovely local buzz. It took us a run or two to get the hang of the instructions, but once we did, everything was grand. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, which always makes a big difference.All in all, a cracking place in a top-class location. Highly recommend, and we’d happily stay here again.

This was an Ok VRBO

We did not like having to go to a laundry mat to retrieve our keys, figuring out how to retrieve them was a little challenging and then dragging our luggage a couple of blocks trying to find the address, which was on a road in deep construction.It seemed once we were in the building, they could have had a locker with the keyes in that building. There was no microwave, and they left us very little toilet paper. That was annoying, as we expected them to supply enough for our entire 4 nights, not just the first hour. There was no air conditioning so when we opened the windows, bugs came in a bit us. So it made me wish we had booked a hotel.

- de 16 h à 21 h on a attendu parce qu'on avait pas de clé. Le "keycafé" était cassé.- finalement on se sentait enserré comme dans une prison, c'est un endroit très bizarre. -un ascenseur très vieux et les escaliers fermés parce qu'il faudrait un code. En cas de feu on serrait perdu.- nous sommes reparti à l'hôtel -il faut bien contrôler cet appartement.

Family of 4 in Paris

The apartment was very dirty… I checked the bedding for bedbugs after I saw a spider on the sheets. Walls were filthy, surfaces were dusty, and not wiped down. There was no dish soap. The unit was NOT renovated, could not locate stairs, this is very dangerous if there was a fire. The location and size of the apartment was great. I’m glad we were out for the majority of our time in Paris so that we didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the suite. We will not be staying here again and will not recommend to family and friends. Very disappointing!

Great location, right on rue du Mouffetard. The only problem with the residence was that my son and I are both about 1.90meters. The toilet is in a very small room, hard to maneuver. Other than that it is very nice.

We enjoyed it to stay at the apartment! The arrival was cold- we had to heat up a very cold apartment… even the water took long to heat up. Rest was excellent- well managed by all YouTube videos!!!

Nice size apt located on great rue in Latin Qtr: lots of restaurants and shops nearby with easy walking to sights of Paris. However, apt could us some TLC and the normal items provided to VRBO users: list of things to do in area, recommendations on restaurants and sites, a map, soap.

Le meilleur emplacement à Paris

Dans l'ensemble, le Quartier Latin est un magnifique quartier, et cet appartement était un excellent choix pour notre visite à Paris. L'appartement lui-même était très confortable et impeccablement propre, avec des serviettes fournies. Les instructions pour l'enregistrement étaient détaillées, il est donc important de les lire attentivement pour assurer une arrivée sans problème. Notre séjour dans cet appartement a été merveilleux, et nous avons pleinement profité de notre temps à Paris ! L'emplacement dans le Quartier Latin était parfait, avec ses restaurants, bars et marchés animés. L'appartement était également bien situé près du métro, ce qui facilitait l'exploration de la ville. L'hôte a été exceptionnellement réactif, restant en contact avec nous tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons accidentellement laissé un chargeur en partant, et l'hôte a gentiment arrangé pour que nous puissions le récupérer auprès de la personne chargée du ménage.
