It get difficult because the language, but everything else was good, I enjoy it!!
had very difficult time getting shuttle service to and from site. would not recommend if under time constraints.
No English Channel on tv. and Air Condition not working. Nobody came and fixed it. I have to open the sliding door and window. I should have a credit for that.
Comfortable, clean and convenient. Not a bad place to spend more than a few hours until a international morning flight. Two rooms, coffee, tea and a full bathroom. Staff suggested a popular, good brasserie short walk from well-protected grounds. The village looks like a Disney set - similar monochromatic houses, lovely flowery and tree lined open spaces and sidewalks. Would return, but do bring earplugs for night time airplane noise.
very close to airport (15 minuites) free shuttle service, fully furnished, walking distance from Roissy village supermarket and restaurants. clean and very well staffed. Price quality cannot be better
I waited 90 min. for the shuttle. The pick-up place is REALLY hard to find. It's not where the other hotel busses pick up. You need to press through a thick crowd to find the right place. The shuttle comes very infrequently. I made 3-4 calls to the hotel and was told that the shuttle would be there in 10 min although it took 90 min to finally arrive. Taxi fare is 20 Euro, I think. Take a taxi.
The floors of the room were dirty. The tea kettle needed to be de-calcified (lots of white stuff in my tea!). The internet (although free, which is nice!) was spotty. Breakfast was minimal and ill-attended. I arrived 815-830, and had to ask for them to put out more bread. Warm milk was already empty, and I had to ask for cold milk. There is only one small airport shuttle (8 person). During peak times, the wait can be LONG to get from CDG to the hotel.
The staff was there all the time. Spoke pretty good English, AND the free shuttle to the airport was fast, easy and had great hours. This was the 6th hotel we stayed in France, and they were if not the best, the second best... but more importantly, they were the second cheapest one! Food at the location was really limited, so if you are coming in late from your flight you are better off getting a bite at the airport. A small market is not to far of a walk during regular daytime hours, but if you are tired... eating places are a bit of a walk.
