The place was clean and well stocked. Modern and appliances all worked well. There was no toilet in second bath. The location is not in an area where you can find decent food options or shopping. It’s several blocks away. Surrounding neighbors were friendly.

Overall the unit is clean, well maintained and VERY comfortable. Being on the main floor it has metal shutters that close and keep the unit dark, quiet and safe at nights. The windows face into a large shared garden area in the centre of the building.However, I would not recommend it for staying with a family, children, or travelling solo. The area the building is located in is not safe feeling. As a Caucasian foreign female I was not comfortable walking alone at any time of the day in this location. There were times while returning to the unit with our kids at night, my husband felt safer taking an uber vs walking the 10 mins from the metro. As well, the door on the unit locks with a key, and there is only one set. The door cannot even be locked from inside without using the key. So if you’re traveling with a friend or partner, you need to always leave and return to the unit together. Retrieving the keys you need to go quite a few blocks away in a run down area to a random shop to get the keys, and again to return them. The shop is not walking distance safely with luggage. Wouldn’t recommend for female tourists or families with kids only because of the location. If you are comfortable with the area, the unit itself is wonderful.

Drainage had a malfunction , the whole place flooded after I took a shower, very inconsistent communication with host , we were not provided correct access code until 3 days into our stay , sheets are rough . I was told I was going to receive a call to rem idiate access code situation . It never happened .

Het afhalen van de sleutel gaat met een duidelijke beschrijving van de route. Je haalt de sleutel in lokale kleine minimarkt. De accommodatie is dan op 5 min lopen. De accommodatie is netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. Op wat kleine dingen na (losse deurklink slaapkamer, ontbreken van een snijplank, poten van eetkamer stoelen zitten los en het geluid van de afvoer van de airco in de nacht). De bedden,douche, airco zijn goed. Net appartement!!

La climatisation n'a pas fonctionné pendab3t une semaine. Il y avait des rénovation dans l'immeuble donc du bruit dès tôt le matin. À trois reprises, des persones sont venues dans notre appartement en lien avec ces rénovations. Il y a eu une coupure d'eau durant une journée. Nous n'avons jamais été avisé de ces désagréments
