Magnificent one-bedroom flat with a living room, fully air-conditioned and refurbished, in a building that has just been renovated (completion date 26 June 2023) and with 24-hour security (staff on site). Ideally located in the heart of Paris, this warm, modern, professionally decorated and fully-equipped flat is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends.

Air-conditioned 26 m2 flat on the 1st floor with lift, comprising:
- Living room with sofa bed
- A fully equipped open kitchen (electric hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed
- 1 shower room with toilet

A laundry room is available in the building.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning lady.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be as pleasant as possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional charge for late arrivals:
