notre plus mauvaise expérience de voyage

Voici un bref survol des problématiques que nous avons eu.Premièrement à notre arrivée le 22 juin :-Ils nous ont transmis le mauvais code afin d'obtenir la clé de notre logement. Nous avons dû attendre plus d'une heure afin de recevoir un autre code pour recevoir la clé. -Nous avons reçu aucune instruction sur le fonctionnement du logement ni les informations concernant le code wifi. Nous avons reçu le code wifi uniquement le lendemain de notre arrivée.-Nous avons manqué d'eau du 24 juin au 26 juin. Pas d'eau pour les robinets, la douche et la toilette. Nous avons transmis plusieurs demandes entre le 24 juin et le 26 juin. Elles sont restées sans aucune réponse. Un autre voyageur de l'immeuble un véhicule même problème que nous avec la même entreprise. Même si son voyage n'était pas terminé, il a décidé de changer de logement à cause de l'attitude de l'entreprise.Je vous déconseille fortement de réserver à cet endroit. Ils n'ont aucun souci du bien-être de leur client.C'est notre plus difficile expérience de voyage.
