Heating was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Fridge and freezer excellent. Beds comfortable. The kitchen is like a green house….all glass walls intothe garden, which is in bloom now. During the winter it could be a bit chilly, but the place is well heated. If you want total privacy when cooking or eating breakfast, this place is not for you though, as anyone entering the garden from the other two apartments can see you in the kitchen. The apartment is really comfortable and well appointed. A separate water closet is handy, leaving the basin and shower free for someone else when there is more than one person. The area is wonderfully close to many metro stops, it is quiet and has lots of good restos. Close to P. De la Republic too. All in alla great place to spend a vacation on Paris.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well located, reasonably comfortable, and communication and coordination was easy. Rapport qualité/prix could have been better, but otherwise satisfactory. (Also, I would have appreciated a few small kitchen elements such as filters for the coffee maker or detergent for the laundry machine. But this was very minor.)

The location is great, convenient to multiple lines of the Metro. The living room is large, with comfortable seating for four. The bed is comfortable and shower is great. The kitchen is adequate but could be better stocked (no can opener or bread knife), and the cabinets and microwave are mounted very high. Access to the unit requires the use of three keys, which we found quite inconvenient. We would happily stay here again.

Modern apt in the Marais

It's a lovely location surrounded by interesting shops and restaurants in a fashionable part of Paris. The 'brocante' market locally, a special event, was wonderful, and the Arts et Metiers museum is a treasure esp if you are science-oriented. Great bakeries locally are prize-winning.

Nice Apartment, decent location, good host

Spacious 1 bdrm apart, very quiet inside in a very active neighborhood. Clean, very comfortable, no problems at all with apartment. Stayed for a little over a week. Lots of eating options near by, good proximity to several metro stops. Fabrice (Host) was very accomodating, understanding of the issues a bid SIM card in our phones caused with initially connecting with him. Would certainly use this apartment again.

Not as nice as we hoped

The bedding and sofa were stained . The kitchen was missing a few key items and needed some older pots and pans replaced. The upper cabinets and the microwave were out of reach for an average sized woman. The entry with three locks was quite cumbersome as was the multi digit code for the internet . The bathroom was quite nice but needed some anti slip strips on the floor .

Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

The apartment is at a convenient central location - very close to Line 3 Temple and Arts et Metiers Metro stops; a bit further to the Republique hub. Be aware that there are no elevators in most metro stops, necessitating carrying luggage up and down a lot of stairs! The ground-floor apartment was clean, quiet, secure, and well appointed with very fast internet. After spending time in hotels, it was great to have more space, a kitchen, and a clothes washer. There is no clothes dryer (just a drying rack), so keep that in mind and pack quick-dry fabrics (not cotton). The air conditioner worked very well! Fabrice was super responsive and helpful in providing the location of the MonoPrix store near Temple Metro for groceries and incidentals. His suggestion of downloading the official Bonjour RATP app for the Metro was appreciated. We went through the convoluted process of buying a one-week Navigo pass for our phones/Apple watches and the technology did not always work as it should. If we were to do it again, we'd buy paper tickets at a station for the same Navigo passes. The flan at Le Petit Parisien was fantastic (just around the corner on Rue du Vertbois). We would definitely stay at the apartment again!

Very complicated and difficult check in process and impossible to communicate with this facility. They do not have WhatsApp and they use Vrbo app that did not work for us - but host was not very nice in his communication despite explaining our problem. Good rooms and kitchen. Host complained we kept our kitchen light on at 11 pm when we were actually using the kitchen after our day trips. It is probably a convenient Paris amenity but Expedia should drop this place from their list if their service and convenience does not improve for people traveling internationally at odd hours.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fabrice met us at the door when we arrived, gave us the keys and walked us through everything. It was clean and well-appointed. Our 14yo son slept on the pull-out couch in the main room while we slept in the bedroom. Toilet, shower, etc. were all clean and in fine working order. The shower was actually quite nice. We had breakfast every morning in the kitchen area, which has full view of the inner courtyard. It was extremely quiet at night. We absolutely loved the location. There are three boulangeries within about 100 yards. Very close to multiple metro stations and walkable to the whole Marais, which is filled with great shops, cafes/restaurants, and market stalls. Grew up in NYC, so from my perspective it was very safe. YMMV. If you are used to city living, it’s very safe and easy. Just do what you would do in any city to protect yourself and you’ll be fine. About 60 minutes from CDG by RER. Really can’t say enough nice things about our experience. This apartment really helped make our stay extraordinary.

Clean and pleasant newly refurbished apartment

The apartment has a nice, pleasant living / dining area, nice bedroom and bathroom..All very comfortable with view of internal garden. I chose this apartment because my partner has difficulty climbing steps. Fabrice was friendly and responsive. Tout allait bien. There were many restaurants, bakeries nearby. Le Marais is a dynamic area.
