Very functional and completely renovated house!
Very easy access to Paris Center. Ideal for a group of friends or two families traveling together or a professional group
It is perfectly designed to accommodate 8-10 people

Located 800m from the station, you can easily access the many monuments of Paris. It is equipped with an independent and secure key box, you can access it as you wish after 3 p.m.

→ As soon as you arrive, we provide you with certain essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as

- hair dryer, first aid kit
- Bed linen provided free of charge(sheets, duvets, pillows)
- Bathroom linen provided free of charge(towels)
- Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid are at your disposal free of charge.
During your stay, if you wish to change the linens or do additional cleaning, they are on request and chargeable (50€ for all linens and 70€ for complete cleaning)


Concerning the selective sorting of trash:

- Brown trash can: all household waste
- Yellow trash can: plastic bottles, metal boxes, cans, cardboard and paper.
- Green trash can: anything made of glass


It consists of 2 levels, the ground floor, and the first floor:

On the ground floor:
-A large living space with a large window overlooking the courtyard, A living/dining room with a large table and 8 chairs, the living room also has 2 sofas including a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 beds.

-1 TV 32'' in the living room (Netflix and Prime Video) and internet connection

- The kitchen is equipped with (a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, refrigerator, and freezer) as well as dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen towels, and utensils ...

- A shower room with a TOILET WC, equipped with (a washing machine and dryer free of charge)

-Also on this level, a bedroom with a window on the street with 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables and 2 bedside lamps, a secretary desk, a chair and a wardrobe with hanging space. (You can easily bring the 2 beds together into a double bed).

Upstairs 3 bedrooms all with windows and in each bedroom we have:

- 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables and 2 bedside lamps,
- A secretary's desk, a chair
- A wardrobe with hanging space.

In the hallway, 1 separate TOILET, and 1 large shower room equipped with a hairdryer and ironing equipment.
