The apartment is very nice large great location view of the Elyses palace on an angle - very safe as the French national police have armed guards at the end of the block, guarding the palaceOnly issue was a four story walk up and the elevator is very small too claustrophobic for me to take so I put my bag in. There was quite a climb upstairs.The apartment could’ve used a few more towels and soaps, and nice amenities given the priceAlso perhaps logical for Europeans, but unusual for Americans the power went out several times as the fuse blew when we were running the washing machine and air conditioning. There’s no easy way to figure out how to fix it except hunting around to find the reset would also be a nice to have contact with a human being live to answer any questions about the department and a few additional instructions in the apartment and how things run

Spacious well appointed property in beautiful neighborhood

The property is beautiful. It’s decorated wonderfully and the pictures are a true reflection. The beds were so comfortable and the 3 bedrooms were spaced perfectly and it was a bonus to have a washer/dryer. However, it was not cleaned properly before we arrived. We found hair on the table, the drawers in one of the bathrooms, the shower and the floor. The curtains in one of the bedrooms weren’t hung and were just lying on the floor. We complained, received a response and never heard from the firm again regarding a re-clean. They also changed the front door code at the weekend and didn’t tell us so we were locked out for a period of time. The property managers were hard to reach and unresponsive. Although the property is absolutely stunning and perfectly located, the management is abysmal and we (sadly) therefore wouldn’t stay again.

The property was beautiful and in a great location however there were a few problems. Only having one set of keys made things challenging if you have people doing different things at different times. There was absolutely NO EATING UTENSILS! A fully stocked kitchen but with no silverware!?!? The safe did not work. One of the bedrooms was missing a curtain. I had seen previous reviews with this complaint and I was told it was fixed but the curtain was rolled up in the closet. There was no laundry detergent. I emailed through VRBO on the contact host button several times and got zero response. There was a note posted that the unit is for sale so I wouldn’t book this because if they sell it before your vacation, your reservation would likely be canceled.
