Great service and property. Location is amazing right by the Eiffel Tower.

The decor of the property was good. The staff was ok. Housekeeping didn't speak no English. I asked one of the male receptionist for ice he said he'll have it sent up to my room never received it. I believe if you're going to run a hotel in a tourist area the employees should be fluent in different languages

Stayed in many hotels in Paris and this is by far my favorite one. Room was big (which is uncommon for Paris) had small kitchenette and a washer and dryer. Great area to stay as well

Location cannot be beat. Less than 5 min walk to have a view of the Eiffel Tower. Same distance to the most popular hop on hop off tours of the city. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Pleasant staff that spoke English. Clean and comfortable room. I would definitely book this hotel on my next visit to Paris and have spoken highly of it to those who have asked about my visit.

Lots of space for the cost of the standard room. The hotel felt empty but we saw people at breakfast so it just had good sound proofing. Bed was a bit too soft for me, but that may be personal tastes. The amenities in the room were nice - complementary good coffee and bottled water. Locations was perfect for both Eifel Tower and the Arc - also close to metro for further into the city. Would stay again when in Paris.

No; it's not a big, elegant hotel-Iit's imtimate-but it couldn't have been better in every other way. The staff was superb: kind, friendly, helpful, informed. They even walked my post cards to the post office one day after the mail had already come! There is a sculpture show going on in the lobby; stunning works (for sale) scattered all around. Beautiful flowers; spacious, comfortable breakfast area (with table linens!), nice bar, multiple comfortable seating areas. A swimming pool and SEVERAL rooms of exercise equipment (people came and went from outside; it appears they have memberships to workout). I lwalk up and down the stairs for exercise and the stairs are carpeted in the stairwells! We walked and jogged to the Arc de Triomphe in one direction, a fabulous view of the Tower Eiffel in another, the Champs Elysses in another. Restaurants abound near-by, as well as ATMs. The hotel up-graded our rooms (two couples went for 10 nights). No views to the "outside" from the rooms, but we looked down upon the hotel's private courtyard. Spacious rooms,;comfy beds & linens; excellent lighting; great maid service; wonderful shower w/ 2 choices of showerhead; deep bathtub; double sinks. Is that sufficient? IT WAS MAGNIFIQUE!

The staff went above and beyond from the moment of my first contact-weeks in advance of our trip-to meet and exceed expectations with regard to answering questions about excursions in Paris, lining them up for us, and amenities at the hotel. They did so with genuine desire and warm hearts and smiles to top it off and it continued with EVERY greeting. The hotel, an art gallery in itself, was current and modern but with warmth and comfort in abundance. The location was perfect walking distance-less than 1/2 a mile of easy travel-to both the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffle Tower and many great restaurants and food shops. The fitness center-4 rooms!-and pool (while could be bigger) were high class, clean and fully accessible. We loved it!

Great hotel! Great staff! The location is perfect, and convenient to everything. Fantastic deal for the money! I would gladly go back and stay there.
