Very clean, easy access to the train

It's a bit north of the touristy areas of Paris, but it's an easy commute to anything you want to see. Clean room, friendly staff

Great Stay - Definitely recommended!

We had a great stay at Kyriad, with two separate rooms which both met our expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a good price and variety of options. Had no issues whatsoever, can only thank the staff for their kind and considerate service.

Nothing negative to say about the hotel, it is great for the price paid. It is literally 10 seconds walk from a local grocery store and the M4 line which is super convenient to go to places. The only thing is the area is a bit sketch, but the hotel itself is great.

Good value and good location

My second time staying here, I really like it. Close to GDN station, walking distance to Monmarte and metro station very close. Service always friendly and helpful. Good value and reliable.

Quick over night in Paris

The hotel was nicely located right outside of the metro station. The staff was nice and condition of the hotel was good. However, there was a slight smell next to the bed and stains on the sofa. Overall would recommend.

Nice and quiet hotel. Near metro, same street. We experienced the environment as unpleasant in the evening but the metro only is 30 meters away from hotel. Standard rooms were small, but okay. Bathrooms and hallway need renovation. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good.

The reception service from David was awesome !

David at the reception really impressed us with his kindness, professional behaviour, and and excellent service. He always went above and beyond in providing information and support, and never seemed rushed even though I understand he had lots of work to do. The room was cleaner than 5 star hotels I have been to. The location is not the quietest, but the room was on the quiet side, and we had a wonderful and pleasant stay there. Absolutely will use this hotel again.

Great stay on a budget for a few nights

- shower didn't have a shower door nor a curtain, so water went all over the floor, front desk said just put down a extra towel. -If you are on the 0 or 1 floor be prepared for noise, you can hear all the plumbing from he upper floors. Can be really loud during the early evening and mornings, the breakers he easily if you have to many things plugged in. -Staff speak great English. -Vary clean -Beds and pillows are comfy Great place to stay if you are there for a few nights and on a budget

Not a great area (wouldn't recommend if you want to be really near nice bars and restaurants) but hotel was metres from both a Metro and tram stop and was ideal for a spacious (303 - biggest room on the 3rd floor) room for a few days. We were right next to the lift and didn't even hear it until the 3rd day. Air conditioning was questionable but could have the window open and the street noise was barely audible

Close to transit The room has a tiny window looking over a small courtyard, I guess too small couldn't figure out what it is. When I came back after checking in the room smelled like there was a sewer backup not a strong smell but not pleasant

Could have been better

The main problem was with the oldfrint desk manager. He is cynical and rude. He doesn't apologize for any problem with the service. He actually slammed the phone on me, told me not to expect that the hotel delivers as promised (wifi) for 60 euro/night and that I should go to the Ritz for that. After this incident I avoided him like the plague! I don't know who runs this hotel but I would take this issue seriously. The hotel is well connected to the city.

Without 2nd Visit!!

It's very bad for pest control!! 1st night of my stay on Apr 25, there was a live spider on the curtain once got in the room. 2nd night, there was a large mosquito in the shower room. 4th night, found the window was opened after we came back, I thought it should be opened by the room keeper :( The floor wasn't mopped, our socks were turned into black once step on the floor. There was water leakage under the facial basin on the 1st night, I reported next day and fixed on the 3rd day. As for the hair dryer, it needed to keep re-charging the battery around every 45 seconds. We stayed for 6 nights, the hotel just provided 1 box of facial tissue even it was used up at the 4th nights. Perhaps I booked at a lower rate, except 2 small bags of 2 ways of hair & bath cleanser, no grooming set was provided. Also, no fridge nor wifi connection were found. Besides, air condition system was poor, kept warm even set to 18°C. Fortunately, one of the concierge is very kind man.
