The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we had questions. The bar wasn’t open long enough however I understand that when there are not a lot of guests in the hotel, they need to adjust. I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Bercy and had an excellent experience! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, right beside the stadium (perfect for the concert I was attending), directly in front of the subway station, and just across from a great selection of restaurants. Everything I needed was within easy reach. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service!
