I love this place! It’s clean and friendly. Very convenient to reach by transport but also a few minutes walk from Gare du North and Gare St Lazare. The area is full of restaurants and cafes, great for walking, safe and very lively. My room was very small but all I needed for a short stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I will go back.

Very convenient location, nice area. Maybe too close to the Metro station, could hear the sound of train running underground. Helpful staff. It's great to have a sink and self-service free water/coffee bar in the lobby!

Comfortable stay at a friendly hotel 😊

The room was perfect for 3 adults. Once we were comfortable in our room it just made our stay at the hotel worthwhile. The staff were nice and they catered to our needs e.g., we asked for a kettle and we got it. They even borrowed us their adapter so can’t complain at all. The only little observation was that breakfast was basic but apart from that everything else was very good.

3-Star hotel without a water boiler/coffee maker?

Excellent location, friendly staff, near Metro + Gare du Nord. Need stronger WIFI server. We stay on 5th floor and very often can't connect to its WIFI. AC at night auto set to 22C as its lowest. Lucky the Queen bed is far from AC blower - however, the twin bed right in front of the AC is very very uncomfortable.

陰湿な雰囲気の部屋 トイレからは不快な臭いがして、枕に至っては生乾きの雑巾のにおい。 3連泊したが初日清掃員が忘れたため掃除がされていなかった。緑のタグをかけたかと聞かれたが、あなたはタグがないと掃除しないのであればそれをチェックインの時に伝えるべき。従業員が自分の責任ではない、ladiesの責任だとしきりに主張しており、ひどい対応だった。2日目もベッドのシーツは変えられず。靴を履いたままベッドメイクしているような汚れがあった。壁が薄いので近隣の部屋の声が同じ部屋に居るかのように聞こえた。Wi-Fiはよく途切れる。 楽しみにしていた4年ぶりの海外旅行だったがこのホテルを選ぶべきではなかった。 room with gloomy atmosphere There was an unpleasant smell from the toilet, and the pillow smelled of half-dried rags. I stayed 3 days in a row, but the cleaning staff forgot the first day, so it wasn't cleaned. I was asked if I had a green tag, but if you don't clean without the tag, you should tell me when you check in. The employees kept insisting that it was not their responsibility but the ladies' responsibility, which was a terrible response. The bed sheets were not changed on the second day. There were stains as if the bed was made with shoes on. The walls are so thin that the voices from neighboring rooms sounded like they were in the same room. Wi-Fi is often interrupted. It was my first overseas trip in four years that I was looking forward to, but I shouldn't have chosen this hotel.
