This hotel was great. We were welcomed by friendly staff who were very willing to speak English to us. They made sure we liked our room, which was clean and comfortable. They were easy to talk to in English to ask questions about the area and how to get around Paris. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience.

Service was terrific. Very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but small. Bath tub was small. Bed was comfortable, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Location was excellent to train station and walking around Paris. I would stay there again.

In the pictures the room looked very nice, but it was completely awkard. The shower was seperate from the wc. I can live with that, but one night I felt something bit me and I was right. The next day I founded a big red ant in the bathroom. I toldo the staff and all they can say was sorry. Would never stay in this place again.

Hotel was perfectly located in Rue #6 - St. Germain. Walkable to a variety of spots - Siene, metro to Versailles, Louvre, St. Honore shopping, Orsay museum -- quick cab ride to other neighborhoods. Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but room #207 had a pretty comfortable bed & cute juliet balcony facing the street -- room brightly designed by Christina Lacroix. My only concern was the shower/bathtub partitioned by a somewhat flimsy shower curtain & the handheld shower head ---- this is great for a bath if time permits but not for quick showers.

This was an amazing place to stay. Great service, clean room, ice even at 2 AM, right to our room. All services, food, cleaning, taxi reservation, advise where to go and how to get there. Just ask and they have the answer for you. We shall be back, for sure.

Like all Parisian Hotels, small rooms. But nicely decorated and a perfect location next to the Orsay Museum and the train station.

The staff could not have been more helpful and the location perfect for our needs. The room could use a little more light but I managed. We think this hotel is just wonderful, and intend to stay there on our next trip to Paris!

We spent six nights at Le Bellechasse. It was a wonderful experience just steps from the Musee D'Orsay. Two Metro stops were within a two minute walk as was the Goselin Bakery (get the Palmiers!). When next we return to Paris we'll stay there again. And, the La Croix designed rooms are charming and while not large all we needed for a great visit to Paris.

Le Bellechasse is a superb hotel experience. The location is perfect. Literally a stone's throw from the steps of the Musee d'Orsay and directly across the river (just take any bridge over the Seine) from the Musee d'Louvre. As a traveler who does not speak French, the staff was more than willing to assist with anything I needed during the stay. Although the hotel is listed as a 4 star, it could likely be a 5 star. Note: Remember for American travelers European hotel rooms are a bit smaller but that's across Europe.

On the 3rd day of stay somebody took my husbands’ Chanel shower gel which was on the shower floor all time. We called front deck and ask what happened? They had no answer. Answer is -Chanel shower gel In Paris is very expensive compare to US which you can get it for couple backs. If I would know I would hide it in the safe!

Helpful staff, great location and chic decor by Christian Lacroix.

This hotel is in such a great location! Convenient to both the left and right banks of central Paris. There are good cafes and brassieries nearby. Also a small grocery, wine shop, bakery and pharmacie. The staff were welcoming and very helpful regarding restaurants, taxis, etc. The room was small but very clean and pleasant. I would stay here on my next trip and I've recommended it to friends traveling to Paris.

The hotel decor was fun and the room was cheerful and pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.Free Internet was a bonus. The location was great, next to or say museum and walking distance to boulevard st. Germain.. Would definitely stay there again.I liked the open bathroom, made the ambiance quite sexy and romantic..I felt it was very good value and not over priced at all.. an overall wonderful.ul experience.

The hotel is located one block from the Musee D'Orsay and the Seine (river), and a short walk to the nearest Metro station. Good location. The staff was terrific--very polite, reponsive, and helpful. The room was nice (typically not big by U.S. standards, but the bed was comfortable). No view from my particular room, but that wasn't an issue for me (didn't spend much time in the room). I had read in another review about the great showers, so was little surprised to find that mine had a handheld shower; but the large and very deep bathtub was very nice. The toilet is conveniently separated from the tub/shower. Every room is different in this hotel, so others may have the different shower set-up. Housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet was nice. No complaints at all, except that in my room I would have preferred a regualar shower. Would definitely stay there again.

Le Bellechasse is located on a quaint and quiet street diagonally from the Musee D'Orsay. The staff is quite helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very unique and the one we had, was well laid out with the toilet separate from the bathroom. The showers are AMAZING! I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay there again should I get to visit Paris again. We walked from our hotel to the Louvre, up the Champs Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe. The Metro 12 line is conveniently close and hits a lot of great spots like Montparnasse and Montmartre. 2 thumbs up for Le Bellechasse!

Very good service. Spacious room. Good shower. Two convenient metro stops nearby.
