We loved our stay! The room was perfect for our family, staff was amazing, cleanliness, food- all top notch!
It is HARD to beat the location at this price. The rooms are merely adequate, but the staff is friendly and helpful, especially if you come prepared to speak French. I was out and about at all hours, and there was always someone on duty and alert to let me in.
Unable to use shower due to broken spout. Not repaired after notifying hotel. Not helpful with making taxi or shuttle arrangements. Told taxis and shuttles being arranged could be paid with credit card, but only take cash. Also, a separate cash only fee for taxi and shuttle service had to be paid to hotel.
Busy area, too much traffic noise at night time. Hard to sleep w noise. Hotel is ok for a short stay, it's reasonable but don't expect a 5 stars.
