Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We initially had a booking mix up (due to 3rd party site) and the front desk staff were helpful in providing another room for our stay. I’ve been to this hotel twice- and it never fails me. The rooms are generous compared to some Parisian hotels. It is in a great location- that has many locals, restaurants, bakeries, small boutiques. The metro is a quick few minute walk. You can enjoy a leisurely walk to the Sacre Cuore, the Louvre. I could stay anywhere, but I think I will always come back to this place.
