We stayed here for 3 nights in a triple room on the 6th floor. Room 61. It was perfect with 2 small step-out balconies and nice views. The rooms are small, yet clean and the reception was very helpful calling early morning airport cabs for our group and helping guide us when our son's backpack was stolen. They were also very helpful with directions to various sights. I loved the location because we enjoy walking this beautiful city and soaking up the sights. About a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame and 25 min walk to Louvre. Also walked to Musee de Orsay and l'Orangerie from here. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We are here now. Inexpensive but very clean and great location. Basic but all you need! We’d stay here again without a thought. Upper floors have great views and small balcony. Handicapped room is on the first floor and fabulous! Teeny tiny elevator- barely holds two people. Great staff!

Stayed at the Familia Hotel for a short city break in January. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff at reception who kindly gave us information on the hotel as well as on the amenities in the locality. We were allocated to room 44, a "superior" room on the 4th floor. The room was small and somewhat dark with a window that gave a view of the small courtyard at the back of the hotel. The decor could be described as eclectic and rustic with basic furnishings and decor. That said, it proved to be a comfortable and quiet place to stay and was kept perfectly clean. The ensuite bathroom was also small, if not the smallest we have encountered in other Parisian hotels. There was a TV in the room and the free Wi Fi was reasonably fast and reliable. The hotel is well located on a main street in the Latin Quarter with a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. In fact, many of the tourist attractions are accessible on foot. The nearest Metro stop is an easy ten minute walk away. Friendly service, good location, clean, quiet if small room made for a relaxing city break in the City of Light. Recommended!

Me and my boyfriend went to Paris to spend New Years Eve, and this was a perfect hotel for us. It was close to a lot of metro stations which made it easy to get around. What we liked most about the stay was the staff working there. They helped us book a great restaurant for New Years Eve and could answer all the questions we had during our time in Paris. We would highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel was ideally located - close to the main attractions and Metro but quiet and relaxed in the evening. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The highlight by far was the balcony. We could see the top of Notre Dame and sit outside with a glass of champagne in the evening. Breakfast was simple and tasty, enough to keep you going until lunch time. Staff were unfailingly helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel sold our 1st night on our honeymoon, when we came they staff seem very surprise and insisted that we were at the wrong hotel after 20 minutes they found the reservation and told us that they had no more rooms, we were escorted to the hotel next to it where they gave us a super small room and make us pay for that night, the next day they gave us our room but and no further explanation. make sure u pay don't pay to much for this place and be very careful with the reservation.

About a 5-10 minute walk to the rear of Notre Dame and a 10 minute walk to the Saint Michel-Notre Dame metro stop. We skipped the breakfast as there were plenty of bakeries and markets nearby. The rooms are fine, nothing more. This isn't for you if you need a gorgeous room. We just needed a place to watch french dubbed episodes of The Nanny before we collapsed each night. This worked for us, especially for the price and location.

This is a super cute little 2 star hotel in a great neighborhood. It is bare bones, we had a double bed, and a single in our room. We were on the top floor and had two little balconies with a fantastic view. The bathroom is super small, and the bed was pretty hard, but oddly enough my back felt great each morning. We didn’t purchase breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Not a lot of plugs in the room, and no minibar, which was fine with us. There was a small fridge. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for old Paris charm, and you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your hotel room.

We just had a 4 night stay at this Hotel in September. It is a very good 2 star property in a great location near Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc. The rooms are small like most rooms in Paris, but not tiny. Our room had a nice view of the street below with lots of locals going by. It actually has good working air conditioning, which is a little surprising for a hotel at that price. There was a good TV with a number of English speaking channels. The Wifi was good as well. There was a good bit of street noise from the city, but closing the windows made it quiet. It was clean & well maintained. There was a good sized safe in the room, big enough foe a lake laptop. The staff was friendly & helpful. There is a small market right down the street in front of the hotel, an ATM &. Metro Stop 2 blocks away. We did not eat at any place nearby. They all were filled with locals, which is a good sign. The hotel offers a continental style breakfast which is OK, but there is an American Style Diner 2 Doors away that serves a decent American style breakfast if you prefer that. If you are looking for a good budget accommodation in Paris, then this is a good option!

My wife and I spent the last 6 days of our 21-day trip in France and this wonderful 2-star hotel. Our stay was made memorable largely due to Marie-Madeleine, Cristina, Fatima and Merlinde who made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located in the Latin Quarter giving us easy access to this neighborhood. Breakfast was very good with great service. We enjoyed speaking to the friendly hotel staff - Marie-Madeleine and Cristina made us feel at home. Definitely a good choice!
