food is terrible, "restaurants"are closed most of the day..

I chose this hotel because it was close to Disneyland. The price was nice but their were some other hotels near with comparable price, but they included free breakfast. The free breakfast was nothing to sing about and I ended up hardly eating anything provided and got food elsewhere. I was very happy their was a free shuttle from the Eurostar. In the room though I found bugs. They looked to be lice bugs. See attached photo. I can't tell if they are lice or bed bugs. I didn't sleep at all the first night out of fear of catching these bugs on me. The staff said they were going to come check the room and they dont have bugs but they didn't clean them. I am not happy and would not recommend this place to anyone out of fear they may get bugs. Oh and last thing the hotel rooms do not have AC. They say they specify this online but I never saw this when I booked. I went back and checked and nowhere does it say we do not have AC it does state there are ceiling fans. I didn't realize that meant there was not ac and you only get a ceiling fan. The room was hot! I NEVER complain so for me to complain there has to be a problem.

Small rooms, not very clean...I won’t recommand this hotel to anyone

Great for families, but I won’t go back there again

They make you wear a speedo to go in their pool. The breakfast is terrible . Lunch meat and bread. My room smelled like a nursing home .

Nice clean rooms. Bright and colorful hotel that is great for families with children. Inside the Disney community, this gives the hotel a safe feeling of security. Access from Autobahn only. Free parking is a plus.

Some reason, the whole room was stinky. The matress smelled like pee and made whole room smell like public restrooms. Hotel amenity was great. Kids loved the pool. Many restaurant choices at hotel.

I booked a room for 10 People but there was only 6 beds in the rooms .

We'll definitely be staying here again. 10 min free shuttle to Disneyland. Big free breakfast buffet. Great rooms (bed was comfortable!) And had a pool and play area for kids. The full Disney experience. Can't recommend highly enough.

This hotel is perfect for families. Everything is kid-oriented and magical. Our 2 year-old LOVED the pool and kids play area. The room was clean and big enough. Great satellite TV, spacious and comfortable bed. Staff was extremely friendly. Free breakfast buffet was nice. Food overall not so great for adults but perfect for kids. We recommend very highly!

Room was clean, staff were very friendly. There were lots for kids, would recommend this place for a family with little ones.

Nice little water park and food court area. Happy Hour for adults.

Note to men wanting to use the swimming pool... France has restrictions as to what you can wear so be prepared if you decide to use the pool and they turn you away for wearing swimming shorts. They do sell swimming suits right there though.

I chose this hotel because it is close to Disneyland Paris, provides a shuttle, free breakfast and had rooms large enough to accommodate our party of 9. Pros: Close to Disneyland Paris/train station from Paris. Shuttle (#54) ride is just a few minutes long. Large family rooms - our family room was actually 2 separate rooms connected via a small room in the middle that had a bunk bed. Staff was professional and spoke English. Was able to buy Disney tickets from guest services, saving us time at the parks. Buffet breakfast (continental) was included in our rate. Cons: The rooms need a deep cleaning. The carpets are dirty and stained. One of the en suite bathrooms smelled like a public facility. The bathrooms are split so the sink and tub are in room, and the toilet is separate (with NO sink!). Rooms felt musty and damp (maybe from the proximity to the water park/pool). Breakfast buffet was mayhem - the dining room is huge and little kids were using their bare hands to grab food. Suggestion for the hotel: provide hand sanitizer or wipes!

The actual hotel is reletively nice, I only wish that would have transfered into the room. The rooms are 3 star for sure very cheap and not very comfortable. The amenities such as various restaurants and entertainment make this hotel good. The hotel is in great proximity to all the disney things and provides a free shuttle and free parking. The staff are excellent and very helpful and knowledgeable. If you stay you'll want to spend more time in the hotel lobby or at disney so it works out.

The reception staff was very nice, and the pool was impressive looking (didn't swim) with a dragon-shaped waterslide. This hotel would be great for kids, there were multiple pirate-themed play areas that looked great. The attention that they afford to the common/public areas of the hotel is not also given to the rooms. When we arrived our room was freezing, our friends nextdoor had a room that was sweltering hot. We adjusted the thermostats and the rooms normalized, but that shows the cleaning staff has to have bad attitudes, to do that to rooms. The front desk staff was very nice though, and spoke English very well. The showers in both rooms had tons of mold between the tiles. Neither room was well lit- you couldn't even put on makeup in the room or bathroom- it was so dim, even with every light on. The hotel restaurants were VERY overpriced. However, the free breakfast was excellent. My husband complained that eggs and bacon were 4 euro extra, but I was happy. The free selection included fresh fruit, breads/croissants, yogurt, ham, cheese, prunes, nuts, cereal, even flan. Orange juice, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were also available. It is very close to Disney and the shuttles were great- but always packed. Disney itself was not very busy while we were there on rainy weekdays, so I can't even imagine using one of these shuttles during high tourist season. All in all, it wasn't that bad and I mostly enjoyed my short stay, but because of the moldy showers I would never go back. There are 2 other big hotels right next door that I would try. I picked this one because it was discounted more than the other two (Dream Castle and Magic Circus Hotels). FYI, all three hotels use the same shuttle service.

For Disneyland Paris, great location, way too far from paris

I was excited to take my family here. It was close to Disneyland Paris, which was the whole point of our trip, and I thought the indoor pool would be a nice bonus. I was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. First of all, the hotel wasn't very clean. The hall floors were very dirty. When we got to the room, we were very disappointed. The room was small, the furniture was beat up, the bathroom and shower weren't very clean, and the bed was VERY uncomfortable. I have back problems, and after staying 3 night here, I am having a lot of problems after. They say they have cable TV, but there are only 5 English channels, and they are mostly British news channels. Nothing for kids. They also don't supply shampoo and bar soap like most hotels. They have a foaming soap pump by the sink for hand soap and showering. One thing they don't tell you while advertising the great indoor pool, (which my kids did love) is that males can not wear swimming trunks. (What Americans usually wear.) The males have to wear swim suits, or what Americans think of as speedos. If you don't know this and don't bring your own, they offer them for sale, for around over 10euros. (Which to me is pricey if you are only going to wear them once.) This upset me b/c then we had to spend 24euros on two suits for my husband and son. This is something they could tell you on their site. But to me, it is a way to get more money out of you. Also, the free breakfast is not a hot breakfast. It is breads, fruit salad, regular salad, yogurt, and cold cereal. I was expecting a better selection. All in all, we will NEVER stay here again. It was not worth what we paid. I would rather spend a little extra if we have to next time to stay in a better place.

I don't know who suggests that this hotel has a "airport shuttle" but it clearly does not have one. While the hotel can be accessed by a bus, it is nearly as expensive as the hotel itself for two people to ride round trip. In addition the second shuttle (needed to connect to the airport bus) does not run early enough in the morning to ensure that you can catch the expensive bus to the airport so we had to hire a taxi (20 euro for a five minute ride) to ensure that we could catch the 38 euro round trip per person bus. Unless you are going to Disneyland, save the money and book the more expensive hotels in the city!
