The apartment is very large and the beds are comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the stay. However, there were several significant issues that made the experience disappointing, especially given the price.There is a strong sewer gas smell throughout the apartment. It can be somewhat managed by opening all the windows, keeping water in the showers and sinks, and keeping the bathroom doors (especially the downstairs one) closed, but it is still very unpleasant.The listing states there is a washer and dryer, but in reality there is only a washer with a wash/dry function — and it does not dry clothes. We used the towel warming racks to dry laundry. Additionally, the washer leaks, and we had to place towels on the floor to prevent water from spreading. The water heater connected to it also leaks; we managed this with a bucket and more towels.Basic supplies were lacking. Each bathroom had only about 1.5 rolls of toilet paper provided.Parking was also misrepresented. The listing originally stated:“Private parking spaces are just next to the apartment, allowing you to park easily and safely during your stay.”However, there were no parking spaces available. We were told this meant paid parking, but there was no parking nearby to pay for — the closest option was about a 15-minute walk.Communication with the host was difficult. Responses often took hours, and phone calls were not answered.Overall, not worth the price.
